Filling a standard monthly prescription: I received conflicting text messages regarding the readiness of my prescription so I called the pharmacy directly to find out the status of my prescription. They said my prescription was ready to be picked up. I go to the pharmacy 30 minutes later and they said it was not ready, and that I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready (no apologies and no explanations). 37 minutes later my script was still not ready and I needed to leave. For starters, when it is slow and there is no one at the counter, you have to stand there like a dummy before someone acknowledges you (no bell, nothing). Then a voice yells out "can I help you?" Well, I don't talk to people I cannot see. Secondly, they have no alphabetical order within letters, so for instance if your name is Smith they will literally look through EVERY last name ending with the letter S.
