First, the staff was absolutely great & helpful. BUT, your pricing was ALL wrong when checking out. I noticed over $13 in error after reviewing my receipt and went back in. The process to refund me the difference was the worst. I waited over 45 minutes while your patient staff stayed on line with your home office. (not sure why you don't have a phone number for them to call??). After almost 1 hour, the refunds were made, but something needs to be done about price tag vs. what rings up.
