I rarely write reviews unless something is exceptional. I was so appalled by the behavior of the employees at this location - they rolled their eyes if asked a question, did not enforce any type of social distancing for the line (unless a customer was too close to them), and audibly moaned when anyone approached the register. Aside from the poor attitude they just didnât know what they were doing. I had intended to exchange something (which frankly turned into a return so I could just get the hell out of there) and for whatever reason they continued telling me they couldnât process it without a receipt... which I had, so the next reason was because I didnât have the original card... which didnât matter because it was an exchange. I just took the store credit and bolted. I know retail can be difficult if youâre dealing with difficult customers but if you become disgruntled with every single person that comes to the register, maybe itâs time for...

I arrived three minutes after the doors open to find almost no customers, but then I discovered why: they barely had any of the new ornaments out because they gave them to folks who filled out the âWishlist.â While I understand why a retailer would want up-front commitments for purchases, not having stock in the store available for purchase when the doors open on a debut weekend is absurd, as is the in-store incentive system of getting coupons based on the number of ornaments purchased---that you cannot use to buy ornaments.
