Usually, I give good reviews but for this one I need to give ZERO STARS ! Ive been a customer to this place for years now, I even had purchased their membership a few years back.I decided to come back for monthly body massages which I did.On 09/07/2025 was i believe my third massage back to back... i had a full body massage and a consultation after my massage with a facial specialist(not a facial appt or facial service) , prior to that i had mentioned to the lady that i had questions as to what can i do because i had some questions regarding my skin on my face and she even said oh u can ask her(LAURA THE OWNER) what u can do ill schedule u after ur massage so u can speak with her I said ok great yes thank you.. that was all DID I SAY I WANTED A FACIAL APPT?NO When you book with them they require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE per appointment. Which when I book for 9/7/2025 the lady only charged me for the full body message deposit (obviously) bc the consultation after WASNT a service because if it was a scheduled service she would had charged me another $50 (so it would have been $100 total deposit) which she didnt....Comes 09/07/2025 im done with my massage and i told the lady i didnt have any further questions because i figured it out and i went to my doctor she seemed upset and I was a bit confused as to why she was upset but i ignored it. I spoke with LAURA which shes the owner and i told her thank you but i didnt need to do the consultation as well as her she seemed upset as well and didnt even care to what i was saying. I go to the front desk to checkout and the receptionist is saying she needs to charge me for the FULL SERVICE FACIAL ( $140 extra overcharged total $210 ), there im confused and i asked her what facial service? We go back and fourth and i explained to her and i even told her look at the notes because the lady that helped me make my prior massage appts was going to put notes that it WASNT a facial service it was just a question! She was going back and fourth from the back obviously from speaking to LAURA the owner and telling her she needs to charge me anyways ( A SERVICE I DIDNT ASK FOR NOR DID I DO). I even told her okay i see the confusion u can charge me the $ 50 deposit that is REQUIRED (which i didnt get charged one) and i'll just loose the $50 because i didnt want to go back and fourth( me being nice still) and she said she still had to charge me the FULL SERVICE! It doesnt make any sense, so what they are telling me is even if u pay ur $50 deposit u will still get charged for the service even if u dont show up? IM CONFUSED! THEY JUST CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY OBVIOUSLY!! Horrible experience. They lost a loyal customer that I was already doing my MONTHLY MASSAGES and eventually I was also going to bring my mom( which i have before). NEVERMIND! They can keep the $140 they KEPT but they lost a very loyal customer over that, they lost even more than me. NO WONDER THEY ALWAYS CHANGE STAFF HMMMM..... I WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR REFER THEM AS I HAVE BEFORE. BEWARE!!!!! (AND YES...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to warn others.
I originally scheduled an appointment two months in advance and paid a $50 deposit. Unfortunately, my fiancĂ© lost his job, and I contacted the business a week or two before the appointment to cancel. I assumed that giving sufficient notice would allow for a refund or, at the very least, a more flexible rescheduling policy. However, I was told that deposits are non-refundableâsomething I accepted, so I opted to reschedule instead.
Since I wasnât sure how long our financial situation would last, I requested to book a few months out, but was told they only schedule a month in advance. I had to reschedule twice just to try to make it work, only to find out they only allow two reschedules. Eventually, I accepted that the deposit would be lost, as I simply couldnât afford the service.
Then, I received a call asking if I was still coming to my appointment. I explained again that I was in the same financial position. The receptionist then informed meâvery casuallyâthat I would be charged 100% of the service cost whether I showed up or not. I was never made aware of this policy. The only message I received stated:
âCancellations and rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment/s. NO EXCEPTIONS.â
This vague and ambiguous language never disclosed a full-service charge. It merely implied that the deposit would be forfeited, which, again, I had already accepted.
Alarmed, I left work and drove over to speak to a manager in person. Rather than being helpful or empathetic, he was dismissive and cold, stating I was âout of luckâ because the text message served as my noticeâeven though it failed to explicitly mention a full charge for cancellation. When I explained I couldnât afford the service, he condescendingly offered to just perform the service since I was âalready there,â completely disregarding my financial situation.
Whatâs worse, when my fiancĂ© arrived shortly after to speak on my behalf, the managerâs tone changed completely. Suddenly, he was calm, respectful, and claimed he had told me the owner would be reaching out (he absolutely did not). The discrepancy in how he spoke to me versus my fiancĂ© was glaring and frankly, misogynistic. For a business that primarily caters to women, it was appalling to be treated as if my concerns were only valid once a man was present.
This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and reeked of poor communication, rigid policies, and gender bias. I expected better from a business that relies so heavily on trust, transparency, and...
Read moreDo NOT let them pressure you into signing there contract for the packages they offer. I made my first appointment for just one massage and left with another 9 I will not use because I do not want to see them again for how my situation was handled. They told me about the package before leaving and I felt pressured because I just had surgery and needed massages and the guy at the front desk told me if I wanted to include my first massage into a package, I had to do it that day then and there. I asked if I could have time to think about it, he said no, I had to do it that day. So feeling the pressure and rushed, I signed the paper.
Called them immediately after getting home to ask if I can get a refund since I immediately regretted it. They said I would have to speak to Laura, the manager, because she is the only one that could help. I called every other day to get an update and ended up waiting 2 weeks for Laura to finally call me back just for her to tell me there is nothing she could do for me about a refund. I ended up going to the office to speak to her in person and she stated along with the guy at the front desk, and I quote, " No one put a gun to your head." Laura gave me the "corporate email" and told me she didn't even know if they would answer me. It's been more than a week and no response from there so called "corporate."
They don't care about their customers, only the money they can take from you. They just act fake while you're there giving...
