I was there and I tried to transfer balance from a gift card to my gold card so I could get the points on my gold card. Not only did they cancel my gold card and zero out the balance butt they also erased the balance on the gift card. Screwed me for about $80. Called customer service and they said that unless I could provide the receipt for the gift card, that there was nothing the could or would do. Told them to look up my purchase history for the last 5 years. I on average spend $1500 to $2000 a year at Starbucks. Which is more than I spend on my car insurance. Not good enough for them, again she said that there was nothing they could or would do. Told Starbucks to F..k themselves and now I support the local independent coffee house where they truly value my business. Starbucks is horrible and only cares about one thing your money. Read moreI’ve never had a bad Starbucks experience until I visited this location. I am not from the area and if I would have known I would’ve avoided this location. The baristas were rude and I felt discriminated. I spent a lot of dollars on some stuff and when I asked for a bag, a red hair barista said they had run out of bags, but tell me why we saw a whole bunch of bags. When we asked another barista he said we could take one that was on the side that looked like it was used. When we ordered the food the girl gave us major attitude. I realized a few hours later I got charged $2.00 more. I know it’s just $2.00 but I am going to call to ask why I got charged. I don’t recommend...
Read moreI'm not a Starbucks person and neither is my wife although she goes more often than I do. Our adult kids all think its great, so maybe my criticism of this Starbucks is just a generation view.
We were in the area, it was hot and we were thirsty. We stopped to get a couple of ice teas. The wait was long even though they were not busy. Thr service was indifferent; I got the feeling we were interrupting them from something more important. The tea was okay, not great, especially when you consider Starbucks prices.
This visit did more to confirm to me that I am not a Starbucks person than it did to sway me...
