Zero stars !! Customer Service training needed immediately… I usually am understanding, kind when it comes to fast food places, I do realize that there is a huge lack of employees at many places and I never, ever complain. This was just unacceptable and just plain rude! I frequent your Popeyes Restaurant in Whittier on Washington Blvd many times, tonight I came through your drive thru, arrived at 6:50 pm and your employee addressed me with a “give me a moment” and I replied “ok” ….so no communication or hi, sorry for the wait but we are still busy please give me some more time to take your order….mind you now it is 7:10, 20 minutes have passed with nothing, and there are no longer cars in front of me waiting on orders so I say “Hello “ and your employee replies “I said give me a moment” with attitude so I reply “I think I gave you a lot of moments and for you to reply with attitude, she then tells me “I can either choose to wait and place my order or not”, And she then goes on a rant on how there is only two of them working and they are too busy, so I replied ok , all you needed to do is communicate not leave me sitting idle for 20 minutes or in her words “moments”! I told her maybe they should hire more help, she then told me again with attitude “they are hiring and if I want to apply or send my friends to apply”, wow really! This employee was so rude, obviously she is overwhelmed and overworked…she definitely needs to learn how to communicate and not leave customers sitting waiting to place an order or she just needs to quit cause apparently she cant work under pressure.
At this point, I was not going to place an order for fear she or the other employee would mess with my order or food! I drove off. Very unprofessional service from this immature employee!
This is unfortunate since I love your food and have never had any issue at this location but will not return as a patron with this rude customer service!

Read moreLet me start off by saying unbelievable. My wife this evening went in and ordered One chicken strip combo and 3 Poboy shrimp combos. When asked what drinks she wanted she told them and one drink was a diet drink. They told her that they didn't have any diet coke that they were out. First of all what kind of manager do they have that he doesn't know how to maintain product so they don't run out. Its bad enough that they only have one choice of diet drink. The girl that was helping my wife couldn't come up with a solution to the problem. My wife told her how about substituting the drink for another side. They need to be trained on problem solving. I wish I could say that was the issue, it only gets worse from here. So when my wife got home we unpacked the bag of food and we got the chicken strip combo and 3 Poboy shrimp sandwiches and that's it. They didn't give us our fries or substitute side. My wife left right away to drive all the way back to Popeyes and when she got there she continued to get the worst customer service that she has EVER received. She walked up to the counter and asked for a refund, everybody there ignored her including their so called manager. The bottom line they called my wife a liar and didn't do anything for her. These idiots really think its worth to let her sandwich get cold and drive all the way back there to make all this up. Wow!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would have. I really was excited when I heard that they were putting a Popeyes in my community but now I wish it was an Arby's. If they continue this kind of service they will be out of this town soon. They must think that they are the only place in town to eat at (I will never spend my hard earn money there again). Last time my family...
Read moreWas there on Monday Jan 9th ay 9:35pm and while the lights were still on including the open sign. We sat there reading the notice on the speaker next to the drive through menu which read all Items available from 10am to 10pm. After a few minutes of being ignored we drove up to the window. We were told they were out of food and the Manager was not present. They could not even sell us a large side of Cole Slaw as they had shut down their registers. This was very reminiscent to an experience we had about a month or two ago at this very same location. When we had pulled up, we were told we could order sides and tenders but no chicken other than the tenders and no spicy tenders, they blamed it on the Manager not being present. So, we ordered and pulled up to the window where we were eventually informed there was no food, se we left and went to Dell Taco which was the same thing we did on Monday. We did return last night Jan 11th at 6:35pm and were served finally, all they had were thighs and legs, but I was ok with it. If all they have at 6:35pm is thighs and Legs no wonder, they run out so early. The young man who was working the window sure acted like we were really putting him out. When we arrived home, we found no honey or butter for the biscuits and no sauce for the nuggets. I guess you do not offer that anymore. Very disappointed in this location. So, if you find yourself at the Popeyes at 12520 Washington Blvd, Whittier, CA 90602 just continue driving west past the next light and hit up the Dell Taco, they are courteous, they have food and they never chase you away. This is sad as Popeyes was always one of...
