My cousins and I were craving Peruvian food and wanted to find a spot halfway between us, so we decided to try Tondero and just hope for the best. We were pleasantly surprised! I had the Aji de gallina, which was creamy and flavorful. My husband devoured his Seco de res and said the meat was perfectly tender and juicy. Absolutely delicious! I got the tallarin verde (green pasta) with chicken milanesa. The pesto sauce was super creamy and flavorful, and the milanesa was perfectly crispy.
