Butcher's Meats — Local services in Wichita Falls

Great place! When I went the it reminded me of going to the butcher's shop when I was young. Now to the meat, got a couple of T-bones and a pound of brats. They were frigging awesome! Better quality of meat and better priced than that place.....Wally World! Yes, I said it! I cooked the steaks with just olive oil and garlic cloves......that is all it needed! I WILL be back! Take the little bit of extra time...

Went on a Wednesday to pick up steaks for the weekend. Older guy seemed agitated and mad. Order 4 ribeyes watched him weight them then walked to the counter. Opened the vacuum sealed packaging on Sunday and got what looked like steak strips not ribeye steaks 1" think, barely enough meat for 2.5 steaks. I will not be going back. Went to buy Ribeye steaks,, I seen one that looked good but the others were 50% fat and 50 % meat At 20. Dollars a lb , I want meat I asked to get a better cut, he snuck that one I didn't want and wrapped it up . I paid 49.00 for two at that price I should of just went to Texas Road house. Any , how, I get back to the hotel and we noticed he put that piece full of fat. I won't be going back...
