Dude, I am obsessed with Tortilleria Lupita! It's my absolute fave for amazing, authentic Mexican food. I could seriously eat there every day! Every single dish is ridiculously good!

Lupita's really gets it – they're all about serving the community, and they totally nail it. They're living up to their name, "the one chosen by the Holy Spirit!" They pour their hearts into the food. The prices, portions, and quality are just awesome. It's so rare to find a place like this anymore, with all the rising costs and greed.

Lupita's is more than just a restaurant, you know? I don't just go for the food; it's an energy boost, a mood lifter, a total spirit-raiser. It reminds me there's still good in the world.

If you’re someone who believes that if a spot looks rundown or is in a sketchy part of town that the food will be bomb, then this place may be for you. Lupita’s doesn’t look like much on the outside but once you step inside you’ll walk into a lively and colorful market/carnicería (butcher shop)/taqueria. You order food at the counter and can take a seat anywhere in their spacious dining area. I had some carne asada tacos and they were very flavorful and satisfying. You can dress up your tacos at the salsa bar but if you choose not to, you’ll still have some tasty food to enjoy. I can't believe the service was so slow. Be placed an order for two fish which only needed to be fried. No sides and it took 40 minutes. The way they organize their ordering line is horrible. There are three different places you can purchase with three different lines. Not very well done by the store. They've got a rack in between two of the registers which separates them. They could have a single line and whoever is able to take the order can call the next person over.
