Hi I just wanted to say I had a lady name lethie do my hair there a while back and she bleached my hair very badly she chose to do me any my daughter same day and thinking she could do it but running in and out of the building saying she had to do things and leaving bleach in my hair to long and missing spot on my head and not doing a professional job on my hair or being professional during while we were both there I noticed later that the back my hair was a different short length in the back from the sides she basically killed my hair putting to much bleach in one spot and to long I have been trying my best to grow it back right length and she also did not do my daughter hair right either to big of chunks on her highlights then what we showed her on a picture she charged way to much for not the right thing I wish I had of just went to the vernon college and finish my hair nevervwill I do that again pay so much money for bad service I'm scared to even cut my hair at now it won't grow right it's very bad makes me cry all the time seeing my hair like this . I feel like someone else would have said for this but as I am nice lady I'm just gonna put this down that she needs to be more better at her customers service and bleaching and other services not leaving your customers and feel I should get my money back for this at least some of it cause my hair is having a hard time growing back after months trying to...

I love love love them!!!! Leti is awesome!! I didn't know I could do a review or I would have a long time ago!! This last June she cut my hair for the first time from mid back to a fast and pixie cut. I love it. And have so much confidence back. I have gone back to her all year for redos. And all the others that work there are just as amazing and everyone is so friendly. Oh and last time I got it cut my daughter was with me and said he was hungry.
