Honestly I feel like Starbucks has really taken a big dip in recent years. The quality of their coffee beans are stale and the service here is subpar. I am disappointed at the incompetency of the baristas that work here. If you're going to charge me $8 for a Caramel Latte and I specifically Requested and Paid for customizations on the order then I expect those things to be done. Especially if it's literally no one else in line and you have an ample time to service the order properly. Seriously if you work at Starbucks and someone orders a iced CARAMEL latte and pays for Extra caramel then common sense would tell you hmm i don't know...ADD CARAMEL!! I ordered ahead, paid through the app of course, then sat in the drive-thru line for 30 freaking minutes. The sign in front of the locked door even had a smiley face after instructing to go through the drive-thru. They definitely served people they knew/coworkers faster for sure. I waited even longer at the register. I asked about my drink and she said that they would make it for me because they weren’t sure where it was. As soon as I mentioned it, another girl grabbed it from the drive thru pick up and put it down with the in-store pick up. How convenient.
