The people that work here are very nice. However, I feel that the customer service is subpar. We bought double oven that they ordered and we bought a Maytag refrigerator off their showroom floor. I don’t see how the prices were any better than the big box stores, but we wanted to shop local. The refrigerator has been nothing but a lemon and they have not been helpful at all with working with us. We have had to have an appliance tech out only after owning it for a few months. Whether you Have a lot in the refrigerator or not a lot it freezes things. It ruins a lot of food and groceries are expensive these days! The latest problem is that the refrigerator chirps! It just sitting there without the doors open and then when you open the door it can also make chirping sounds! We just put a new air filter in to see if that would fix the issue and it has not. I don’t want to even waste my time calling this business because sorry again! Live and learn and next time by big box store. Signed…....

Contacted Lyttons multiple times because they sold us a defective dishwasher. It would literally creak as I walked by it also. Bob replied a once and sent out a repair company. It was so ridiculous that repair company replaced the hinges…but it didn’t change anything. Repair guy said that’s normal. Bob was no help after that point. Manufacturer sent out multiple repair companies…. Still no solution. Finally our warranty we paid for kicked in 1 yr after purchase. We submitted a claim and FINALLY it got fixed. Turned out it will installed without a leveling foot! It was missing since install. And due to it being unlevel, it bent the door as well. So again before of purchasing from Lyttons. Read moreAfter many hours of research trying to find a range hood that we were looking for, I ended up emailing the manufacturer for a product that was available in other countries. The manufacturer put me in contact with their US distributor, who then put me in touch with a local retailer that would be able to get the product I was looking for. This happened to be Lyttons. While it was certainly a mess finding someone that could sell the item, the process went as smooth as could be once I was working with Lyttons. It was a special order item, which Lyttons made very clear, and had it ready for pickup in less than a week.
