Although we've always had great customer service in the past, just recently we tried to return an item that had rusted badly in a short period of time. Even though we've purchased a ton of Shocker merchandise from both campus stores in the past, they were unwilling to try to make it right, saying they no longer do business with that particular company for many reasons, one being the rust factor. They indicated their 30-day return policy was non-negotiable. I was personally disappointed in their upper management decision to not make things right, not even an in-store credit or discount. Read moreWe purchased a shirt for a family member and the family member requested a larger size. Shirt was new with tags and we threw away the receipt as it was a gift we didn’t plan on returning it. I can’t remember the last time I had an issue with an even exchange. They don’t do even exchanges without a receipt and don’t have a way to search purchase history. Completely understand the policy in regard to customers requesting a refund but for an even exchange this just ensure the same product out the door and a horrible experience for a paying customer.
