Don’t waste your time- our order was never placed, horrible customer service.

This company came recommended to us by a family member so we went in store two weeks ago to look at bathtubs. In store, we were helped by Bobby and ended up giving us information and booklets on a variety of tubs. We contacted Bobby via email a few days later telling him what tub we decided on and would like to order. After a few email exchanges we were under the impression our order was placed. We called back in 7 days to check the status of the order, since that was the delivery time we were told. Instead, we found out there is no record of our order being placed. I cannot express how disappointing this was, especially since we are on a timeline for our home renovations. We called the store and were informed that Bobby was out on vacation, the other sales associate told us that she wouldn’t be in on Friday so we couldn’t place an order until Monday. We called first thing today and was told Bobby still wasn’t in, we called back again later and still wasn’t there. We received an email from Bobby saying he’d give us a call but never did. We were going to purchase other products for our home renovation through Winnelson but definitely will NOT be doing so after this awful experience. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone considering, their customer service is awful and not reliable. At this point we are now looking for the same bathtub from a different company, we are...

I called and spoke to Roger Taylor and was pleasantly surprised at the generous help he gave me about my cistern tank and water pump to get it running properly.
