My wife called and asked to get an electrician out to check our breaker box because it was kicking off on the air-condition breakers periodically. They said they might get someone out today but if we didn't hear from them today call tomorrow and see where we were scheduled. I found the problem before they showed and called and was on the phone talking to a lady canceling when they pulled up. Told the guy I canceled and he was nice but then an older lady from ARC called my wife and lied and said they called me at 1:15 and confirmed they were coming in which they never called me to confirm anything and she said they Srerouted the driver from California KY which is right by where they are located as a business(Wilder) then tried to say they wanted to charge a service fee because of that. So the lady is a liar and was trying to fix her mess up cause I would have told them to wait if they called and let's see if what I tried worked. So who knows what else they would lie about to a customer or about a customer. Thanks but no thanks.

Read moreThe 2 employees of ARC electric did good work. However, in the course of completing that work, one of the gentlemen borrowed a tool from me. When the work was completed & I was cleaning up after they left, I realized that the borrowed tool was missing. I immediately called & was told that it was mistakenly taken with them & would be returned. It was not. I called again 2 days later & explained that the tool was my Dad's & he has since passed on. I was told the tool would be returned. It was not. I called again & was again told that the tool would be returned. It was not. The next day I found a box from a tool company at my doorstep with a new tool. While this was a nice gesture, I would prefer to have the tool my father used. There are memories associated with that tool. I called to explain this & was told that my tool would be returned. It has been almost a month. It has not been returned. Read moreOur A/C stopped blowing on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Arc at about 9 PM for an emergency repair. The man who answered explain what he believed with the issue was and had me turn off the air, but turn on the fan to melt ice that was on the inside of the unit that we could not see. He said he would send someone in the morning, because there was nothing they could do until the ice melted. The next morning I got a call that they were on the way, and the service man showed up timely and worked on the furnace. He talked to my husband about what he was doing, what caused the problem, and what we need to do better. I really appreciated the quick response the professionalism and the help from this company. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk to me the night before to start working on the problem.
