My experience with Trophy Awards has been exceptional. It began about 20 years ago when I met my sales rep, Gail Maundrell, at the Kentucky School Public Relations Association conference in Covington. She was manning the Trophy Awards booth. There was a specific Hall of Fame plaque my boss wanted and I had not found it anywhere. She worked with me and came up with exactly the etching and plaque he wanted for our student awards program. I emphasize that was 20 years ago. She has been my go to person ever since. She absolutely understands and practices exceptional customer service. I call and say "I need" and she is on it. More importantly, she knows the time of year that I need certain items and she calls to remind me my deadline is coming soon and that I need to get the order placed. During the many purchases over the years, I have never had a single issue and I attribute that to her detail to customer service. Often, I have a very limited budget and she makes certain that I've seen new products that "shine." Gail readily makes suggestions that make our awards sparkle. I have ordered insulated tumblers, branded balloons, retractable banners, polo shirts and button up shirts from Trophy Awards. They are a wonderful resource for me anytime I have a task like this. I place an order every year around February, and she is very knowledgeable about all the products, she is very friendly and positive, and she always gets the job done.
