My long term girlfriend (52yrs old) and I (44yrs old) went by today around 11:30am to explore our options. We had a few things in mind. As We explored some boxes on the shelf were already partially opened where u could put your fingers in to feel the product. As We looked for the exact thing we wanted without tearing the boxes or opening them felt to see what we would be purchasing. The store clerk spoke with is one time as walking in to ID us. No biggy that's there job. She was working on stocking a shelf. She and us were minding us businesses talking between ourselves. We heard this women start saying I have to ask you guys to leave. We both looked at her she had her back to us walking towards what we thought someone else. We weren't doing anything wrong. We both stood there watching to see what the commotion was. She then turned to us and walked yo us saying I said I have to ask u to leave. Unbelievable what did we do. She stated I asked u not to put ur hands in the boxes. We both apologized and told we honestly didn't know we were doing anything wrong and did not hear her tell us that. It would have been different if She came to us and spoke directly to us although She didn't. We honestly didn't hear her say that. She started getting very upset and louder stating we heard her and had to leave.she also stated we have cameras right here I saw u hear me u looked. Well sadly we had chose our items which was over 100$ and left without them. This is the first time for us both to I have ever been asked to leave anywhere. Needless to say there are way yo many options and we will not go back again. They lost our sales and we also won't recommend anyone to ever go...

November 17, 2023, I stopped to look for a specific item for a friend in Germany. I was approached by a sales associate who asked if I needed help. She explained, in some detail, the various options of the product I was looking for, which was super helpful. She recommended bringing my friend to the store to make sure I was getting something they would enjoy. When I explained my friend was in Germany, she recommended I take pictures of various product - ensuring NO person in the store would accidentally be captured in the picture, so I could send to my friend. Unfortunately, I did not capture her name. Ultimately, I chose an item. When I got to the cashier, he opened the package, and installed batteries, to make sure it worked properly. He further recommended purchasing a lower quality battery, stating these devices will not last with Duracell or high quality batteries, noting they would perform extremely well, at first, but the internal components are not high quality, and won’t work with better batteries. I asked about other options, and he provided a verbal description of some that are USB Rechargeable, some of which have two or five year warranty’s. I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy ANY item. In the end, I purchased a slightly more expensive product, which has a five year warranty. This cashier’s name is Jake…, and I cannot speak more highly of him, in his product knowledge, positive personality, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you Jake! Thursday June Second. I am 53 years old male professional.. this is for sure the worst experience I have ever had. After picking some items that I want it I laid it on the counter and I approach the lady and I said hello good morning she did not even replied north smile. I asked her how much was the wet silicone lubrication and she replied we don’t carry that all silicon lubricants are right here and pointed at them. Then I asked if they sold leather cleaner? And with an attorney she replied this is not a horse shop. At that point I said I know this is not a horse shop of course not and she didn’t say anything. The next word out of her mouth was do you need do you want batteries I say yeah so she tested one of the items and a second item. I was pretty excited About a four items that I had chosen. It total came out to over $200 and with her attitude on top of that it made me have second thoughts and I said you know what I am not going to get these two items and she rolled her eyes back and took away the two items. She asked me for payment she bagged the order and placed on the exit side of the counter other with an attitude .

The non professional, bitter and miserable heavy set female employee never said thank you never said have a good day never said my name is so so.

If she doesn’t like her job she should quit and allow somebody else to work here that will serve the customers they way they should be served with respect. I don’t think that because this is a sex shop you have to treat people like trash. I really doubt I will ever come to this place to be treated the way she treated me and to feel...
