Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

I've stopped here many times and usually had a good experience. I was 3rd in line and waited 10 minutes for my order to be able to taken. It was another 6 minutes until it was ready. They did not appear to be shorthanded and were not very busy. No explanation or apology offered for the long wait.

I'll be back, but I was quite disappointed with the service today.

Update 3/21/25 I'm sorry to say that service is still lacking and it would appear to be a problem that starts at the top.

I watched the manager interact with two customers who had been given incorrect orders. She was short with each them.

She "justified" the first mistake by blaming it on the child for saying, "I only want pickles and ketchup on my burger" instead of "I don't want mustard".

The second customer was told that she ordered the sandwich she had been given when the receipt plainly listed a very different item. The manager took the sandwich out of the customer's hand and threw it the full length of the counter from the register to a trash can. I would describe her state as "irritated".

This all took place in the time it took to fill my very small order.

If this is the example set by a manager it is no surprise that the quality of service in this location...

I don’t understand how there can be so many people working in one building & yet there is so much chaos. I ordered a mobile order (2 kids meals and 2 burger meals) & waited 40 minutes.

I came in the building and told someone behind the counter I was here. I went into the bathroom to take my daughter & when I came out that guy was nowhere to be found & no one knew I was here for my mobile order. The people standing behind the counter stand facing the back/kitchen & they are completely unaware of people standing behind them.

Once my burgers and chicken was ready, I had to wait even longer because no one had down any fries. The hoods were shut off in this building so it was really stinky and smokey. I would NOT recommend this Burger King.

Edit - I noticed that we did not get our beverages or cheeseburger. Finally one hour after our mobile order was placed we had all of our food. Onion...

We eat low carb so we are a pain in the butt for people who take fast food orders. We always order the same thing - a Whopper Patty with cheese and lettuce and tomato and ketchup with no bun, served in a bowl or plate. Some Burger Kings are completely clueless and can't figure out how to do it or they do it in a way that overcharges us or they mess it up somehow.

But this one was awesome. They took the order like it was the most normal thing ever, like people order their food this way all day long. The food came out quick and was hot and fresh. We wanted some extra lettuce which cost $0.10 but they gave it to us for free. This Burger King was laid out nicer than some others, with larger booths and tables and was very, very clean.
