One of the biggest and most expensive mistakes I've made. They are ridiculously overpriced for such a poor job, but that was not even the worst of it. I paid $75 for a half-done job, the employees were rude and disrespectful of my equipment as well, banging brushes and hoses against the sides. I requested "no acid brightner" as it stains and tarnishes my polished aluminum and dulls the paint on the sides of my truck and trailer, that specific request was completely ignored and now the damage is done. But the most appalling of all was the way the employees spoke to and treated the customers! When they claimed to be done, I walked around before I pulled out of the bay and the had missed ALOT! I politely brought it to their attention, after all I paid full price for a full wash, and the employee's reply was "Just get in and start your vehicle and pull out, you have been in here an hour and that is long enough, we've done all we're gonna do"! I was flabergasted, I wasn't paying "by the hour", I was paying flat rate for a wash and that was all I expected! And for him to rudely yell at me in such a manner was completely unacceptable! Now I know why EVERYONE I talk to says to stay away from the place, I guess I should have listened. Now I will join them and advise you to as well - there is a Blue Beacon Wash just down the road in Dade City, FL, exit 285 off of I-75 by the Flying J. We haven't tried it yet, but alot of our friends, some with show equipment, are speaking very highly of this...

The worst experience today. I’ve been coming here for years. Generally get a half decent wash in my truck and horse trailer, not always the best job but saves me from doing an even worse job and I can get by. Two weeks ago had the rig washed for $120. Thought that was high since blue beacon does a better job at $84 but since there was not much of a wait, all good. Today I go in and have to wait 2 hours. Finally our turn and the owner/manager tells me it will be $175. I ask him why so much more and he tells me someone F’ed up the price last time. Mind you I’ve never been asked to pay 175 and I go here 15 times a year for the past 10 years Not to mention, who uses that kind of language to a customer. I calmly reminded him I had been a happy customer for a long time and he said “so what, if you don’t want to pay, that guy parked behind you does”!! I left the decision up to Sam if we would get it done, he said ok and I started to walk away when the guy said never mind, just go, we aren’t doing it!!!! Save yourself the aggravation of being treated horribly and give your money to someone who appreciates you as a customer. I’ll wash it myself before going back. Now I’ll be waiting for hours at blue beacon...

Called them and the price they told me on the phone seemed crazy high but said screw it cuz my truck was dirty as hell. Pulled up and only 2 trucks in front of me in the bay I chose, 1 was a standard semi and trailer and 1 directly in front of me being a dump truck. 1.5 hours later and they weren't even halfway done with the dump truck. The guys washing didn't seem to have an ounce of give a damn in their bodies, I've never seen people work so slow in my life. As I'm sitting there I come to google to look at reviews and I've never seen so many 1 star reviews and complaints of horrible service in my life. I can go to streakin beacon and get a wash that seems to be better quality than this place for less than half the cost and be out of there faster if there was 15 trucks in front of me. Needless to say I backed up and left with a dirty truck cuz it would of probably been a 3-4 hour total waste of time for a wash I would of been pissed about at the end of it. Definitely don't bother and just hit the blue beacon further down the 75 in...
