This guy is a crook!!!! My husband stopped today to see if his radio could be repaired. The guy said he would guarantee it would talk and hear when he was done. The man said the radio needed an external speaker and that if it were him he would replace all the coax as well. My husband let him do the work. After the radio was repaired my husband got about 30 miles up the road and it quit talking again, so he turned around and went back. The guy messed with it a bit more then told my husband that it was just an old radio and there was nothing he could do about it. And that since he didn't have signs posted about a guarantee that he wasn't returning any of my husbands money. He did not honor his word. My husband would have been happy to pay for the parts and even labor on installing the new wire but if you tell a man you guarantee your work then you should stand...

Where to begin....took my connex radio in to get checked out...guy say who did this n that...blah blah blah said need alignment and this n that was not done right ....I explained this was a 400.00 radio only 1 screwdriver been in it .....long story short 60.00 10.00 tip I think I'm good to go....few days later it's dead...says stand by their work guess we'll see I will keep you posted. ....also like to add...swr check guy says I was 3+ wanted to run new coax antennas etc...only way to fix it.....I bought new studs which were all green n nasty...wow ....1.1 total less than 20.00 vs 200+...... First n last time......see if they stand by their work....sure...

I don’t understand why this shop isn’t rated 5 STARS!!! Mr Marcus is extremely knowledgeable and Is very good at what he does. Very well priced and gets your radio done in a good time. I’ve brought him all of my radios to get peaked and tuned and never had an issue with them and never gotten a bad audio report. I’ve taken him different Cobras, general Lees, connex’s, and Rangers. Some to get repaired or just to get them peaked and tuned and add an echo board if needed to. He got them ALL screaming just right. Never got a bad audio report. Don’t go in there trying to tell him what to do. Just put your trust in him and let him work...
