Nice people but seems very shady on the pricing and how they obtain phones. I've gotten multiple phones from them but recently called to ask about pricing on same phones I got and they price was over 100 dollars more which confused me on why they sold it to me for cheaper only to be told it was an "opportunity" for them by one of the workers. When I took the phones to check of they were stolen I came back as blacklisted from the original carriers which would mean when I try to resell eventually they would be no good. Which now makes sense why it was an "opportunity" for them I guess. They also try to day when buying they offer better then ebay and you have the 30 day guarantee but ebay offers this as well now so just go with ebay since it will always be cheaper then these guys. I've spent a lil over 5k on music equipment and phones but I will no longer be coming here just cause they may be selling...

I used to fix the ps5 that they weren’t able to fix and stuff like microsoldering and other stuff the guys working under the owners are nice but the owner is an ignorant, he was supposed to pay me for taking a phone off the activation screen so I swapped the memory in a iPhone 12 and get the phone working but when I go to charge the price he said the phone is not working since the phone got a sin activation problem that they knew about it and don’t tell me nothing so I was supposed to get the phone off of activation screen they never mentioned to fix network problems on the phone his answer was you are a technician you where supposed to know it but the phone was locked without sinc tracer and no way to test so I explained from the beginning and he just make my waste a hold day doing reballing in that phone and that’s a service that I don’t know no one...

I came to change a cellphone screen and they change the whole frame of the phone and screen, when I try to activate the phone with a different plan at AT&T, AT&T told me the phone it’s block by T-mobile and I call T-mobile to unlock the phone and they told me that not the IMEI number from my phone I use to have with them and that my phone was already unlocked. I came back to this place to get answers and they said they only change the screen and the frame because they come like that, I tell them how they explain that this is the only place I brought this phone and now it not even my phone. They told me the job I ask for was already performed and that there’s nothing they can do, I also ask for the original frame back and they said they don’t have it anymore because they throw those...
