The lady who owns this property called the police on me and banned me from the property for no good reason, basically for spending too much time there, used to be you'd call someone like me your best customer

I won't lie I was pretty much living in the lot, I picked out a parking space and would sleep there overnight and spend all day there playing my guitar and entertaining the people but I was also a constant customer, whether I was spending money or someone else was spending it on me, money was being made off of my presence there and constantly, if my tips were any indication I'm sure you'd agree that I was well liked and supported by the community there

Never was I told I wasn't allowed to sleep there neither are there any signs banning overnight parking nor limiting parking hours and I'd often see vehicles parked there overnight, there was also a dumpster occupying a parking space which was a constant presence, so I had absolutely no inkling that I was doing anything wrong until she told me but do I get a warning? Nope just 86ed from the property and I was never even given a valid reason, no "i don't want you sleeping in my lot", no "i don't want you staying here overnight" or "you have to make a purchase every 'x' hours",  just "it's my property and I don't want you here" too bad businesses are allowed to discriminate over socioeconomic status and homeless people arent a protected class under current US law but for all I know it might even be that she has a problem with me cause I'm an AMAB who carries a purse, maybe she has a problem with non-binary people, like I said she never gave me a valid reason just told me I'd be trespassing if I didn't leave

I was eating most if not all my meals from their shops, which often amounted to 6 or 7 meals a day, buying supplies from the overpriced pharmacy without complaints cause i prefer to support a local mom and pop pharmacy, and tipping generously whenever i saw a tip jar,

I never hassled the other customers for cash or stole anythng unless you count the refills I took from subway but I think after spending $4 on a fountain soda I should be entitled to at least one refill regardless of whether I left the shop or not, besides I never left the shopping center and i didnt wanna stink up her shop,

you'd think she'd appreciate that I chose to drink my drink elsewhere when I could have sat in her nice air conditioned lobby all day long slowly sipping on my beverage watching videos on my phone, stinking up the place and scaring away customers, taking all the refills my heart desired

then later that day a nice lady bought me a meal with all the upgrades and extras, it was almost like she was trying to spend the most money she could, subway could not have made more money off of this one single purchase, well, I see the owner lady putting up the chairs so I guess there's no way I can eat my meal in the shop and get my refill so i took my cup from earlier in the day, filled it up, and took my refill to go, the owner lady went nuts, she seemed to think I was committing some heinous crime yelling in my ear after the cup is already full, telling me never to come back as I ignored her and walked out with the refill I deserved, fine I guess she'll get no more money from me, she won't won’t be selling me anymore $15-$20 meals from her shop all cause she's worried about a few cents worth of soda syrup

On top of all of this I need supplies from the pharmacy and have been forced to resort to using old dull dirty syringes that have been used so many times the numbers have...

Always THE place for Italian in the Williamsburg area! Been coming here for several years and make it a point to stop in whenever we are on that side of the HRBT.
