Starbucks — Restaurant in Williamsburg

very strange atmosphere at the Starbucks no one greeted you as you walked in there was nobody in line it was just us standing there looking around while all the workers were running back and forth and it took a few minutes but then finally someone asked have you been helped. You are not allowed to have sugar packets or creamer. You’re not allowed to do it on your own and none of the condiments are out to self serve which is really strange because although I told him I wanted three packs of sugar and some cream when I got my coffee it wasn’t right yet and I needed just a little more sugar and a little more cream and I feel like I’m bothering them and it’s just a hot mess people in there were yeah seemed quite frustrated and weird that miss fearless just so strange I am obviously from out of town passing through and there is absolutely no way I will ever be here again nor would I ever plan to. I’m not a Starbucks fan by no means but the coffee at the hotel was really awful and this was on the drive so that’s why we stopped here but if this is normal for Starbucks atmosphere someone please let me know because I certainly...

I’m not one to usually complain about pretty much anything but I usually make my drink order at this particular Starbucks (mobile) and NEVER had an issue until this young man named Sam made my drink… oh how do I know that he made my drink because I kindly interrupted and let him know that my drink was made wrong and instead of just asking how I wanted it instead he proceeded to tell me how it is made…like I have stated previously before I order the same drink practically every single day and instead of using good customer service his attitude made this visit very unpleasant and unprofessional and I had to cut him off and let him know I didn’t want the drink… so he made my drink with a nasty attitude and didn’t even apologize… I know my coworkers have encountered him before and he needs to be dealt with because his customer service is LACKING!! Or he just needs an attitude adjustment… I could have acted at the same level he was but I chose...

Not a great location. Did mobile order, site said 2 sandwiches were available. One sandwich was made and called out, and we noticed 2 stickers were put on the bag. Since it said 4 items we figured let’s wait until we get all items and not rush them. When we didn’t get the second sandwich we went up and asked and they said oh we only had 1, we were trying to catch you. Ummm...what? I said we were there the hold time and she said well you should of said something. I should of said something?
