Heather Sabourin is married to Jason Sabourin, Jason is the General Manager of this store. Heather's post is violation of Googles policies regarding reviews, conflict of interest. This man will disregard company policy and use expired foods to keep food costs down. He cares more about target sales than his customers. They frequently run out of food due to being under staffed during in town events. One of his cooks objected to using rotten mushrooms on the pizzas, Jason told him to not to worry about it, just use them. I have never seen mushrooms that bad and they smalled horrible in the oven. He ignores employee requests, I needed 3 days off to leave town for a funeral, Jason informed me I would be abandoning my job... I contacted HR, they were not concerned about any of these offenses. Employees smoke marijuana and cigarettes in the store. Food is left out for hours, using expired product is the norm for this location. Employee's regularly fail to wash there hands. Store isn't even a year old and every thing is disgusting, pans being reused with food stuck to them hand sinks don't work. I could keep this list going, eat here and support a buisness who exploits minimum wage. Or don't and save your health. Even as an employee they messed up my food that I paid for frequently, or worse, I would never get it! Again I contacted their HR department and "Christina" showed no concerns until I mentioned wage theft... after everything I told her wage theft was the only thing that got her to take me seriously, considering they've had many class...
Read moreI ordered a medium pan pizza with regular sauce, pepperoni and beef, and regular cheese. When I received the pizza, it had roughly double the amount of cheese that it usually has, and I don't like having too much cheese. We called to ask for a replacement and offered to pick it up (when the original order was for delivery) and we brought the pizza back and exchanged it for a new one, and I also asked for it to be made with BBQ sauce because I messed up the original order-that was my bad. However, when my sibling picked up the new pizza, there was roughly 5-10% of the regular amount of cheese. It seems that the manager was not happy with us asking for a replacement pizza when the original one had too much cheese and decided to be petty/sarcastic and made a pizza with literally almost no cheese on it. We called and demanded a refund and he originally said we'd have to bring the pizza back and we refused because while mistakes are natural (as with the first pizza) - the manager was extremely disrespectful and rude in how he handled the situation-making a pizza poorly which must have been on purpose because I've ordered pizza from this location many times and have never had a pizza this poorly made, and then being argumentative and rude on the phone. As a former long time customer of this pizza hut location, I will NEVER order from or step foot in this pizza hut again. It's a shame because this location used to be really good but it has...
Read moreI WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!! Placed order at 659pm. Online tracker kept updating saying order received and estimated delivery was 25 to 30 minutes. 10pm rolls around and I've got 4 young, at this point starving, children. Finally call the store and was told that my order was voided and a message was left. Never got a missed call, but did see the voice-mail notification. This is where it gets fun. Order was voided for multiple reasons. Could not get ahold of me so it's a "safety concern" for the driver. Excuse me, what? I've been ordering from this location twice a week for four years. Maybe they should check the order history? Didn't have any medium pans. Okay, so instead of upgrading for free, downgrading and throwing in a little something extra for the inconvenience, or simply giving a small credit, you'd rather lose a $50+ order. That alone speaks volumes about management. Said my order was placed one minute before close. My order was placed at 659pm. Google says they close at 8, and just to be sure, I double checked the actual website. 8pm. It's super hard to believe you're closing an hour early on a Friday night during Busch Gardens season. But just for fun, let's say they did close at 7. Why was he still there at 10pm? RIP, labor. I understand hiring is a nightmare at this time, but this store needs a...
