Williamsburg Flower Shop — Local services in Williamsburg

I do not live in Williamsburg and it was my moms bday. So I went to their online ordering at 9am and placed and order to be delivered the same day. At 4:45 i realized that my order was not delivered. I called them only to be told they had not received my order ( I had the order number and confirmation email). After refusing to take my order number a man finally looks at the computer and finds my order. The gentleman gets on the phone and says it’s a computer glitch and it was my job to have called earlier to confirm the order. I state that again I had an order confirmation and order number. And if online orders could not be accepted then why have online ordering. The gentleman behind raising his voice telling me how rude I am and how sassy I am. He would not let me speak and continued to degrade me and call me names. I work in customer service and I should not speak to someone that way let alone tell them to do your job. Especially after being paid $62 for an order. I live an hour and a half a way and could not just run to get the flowers. So they were not delivered on my moms birthday due to someone’s lack of doing their job. I will never order from them again!!! Also only giving 2 stars because they did offer to deliver them...

I live in Atlanta, but my family is local and has used this floral shop for years. When it came time for me to start selecting the services of florists in the area, I searched around and decided that they are the best in the area.

The service is prompt, courteous, and reliable. All boxes checked there. The finished product has exceeded my expectations every time. If you detail with specificity what you want your arrangement to be, they will hit it out of the park. If you just place a more general order, their floral artistry will impress.

My mother in law passed away and my sister in law was in charged of ordering flowers. The place my s-i-l, ordered from delivered several flower to the layout but our casket flowers and a couple of other arrangements that we ordered and paid for never showed up. In a panic I ran next door and made 2 separate orders and within the hour all the flower and casket spread that I ordered showed up. In our time of upset and trial The Williamsburg Flower Shop came through for us in way that I could never have imagined! The people there were more than helpful and pleasant.
