Ngoc Kitchen — Restaurant in Williamsburg

We were driving by and wanted to get a cheap bite to eat. Upon arriving we were able to find easy street parking and was greeted by a nice waiter. The establishment looked old, dingy, and felt unclean. We ordered and the prices and portions were right but the flavor was off. Everything tasted rushed and lacked proper seasoning. Even when dining inside we were served in to-go boxes which made it hard to eat without proper utensils. The noodles, rice, and anything fried tasted like it used the same mix. The cuisine stated it was Vietnamese but the food was more Chinese and Korean. I was concerned about the sanitation as I was walking to the bathroom and peeked behind into the kitchen. Came to town for a little family get away and searched for about 30 minutes before we found a restaurant that was actually open. Because online it lied for multiple locations in the area. Food was bland server was kind of rude to be honest and food took forever to receive. Which was very weird due to being the only ones in the establishment. Highly recommend going elsewhere to eat even if you have to drive 40 minutes to eat save your time...

I was really excited about this place, but when I visited, half of the menu that they initially advertised was unavailable. For some reason, they don't even have egg rolls as a Vietnamese restaurant and compromised with a tiny crab rangoon.
