The pizza was good. However, we waited over 40 min for the pizza. We were dinning in and anticipated about 20 minutes from the order time to pizza on our table.
After waiting 40 min, I asked one of the men behind the counter where our pizza was. He responded with “we just made it and it takes 3 min in the oven”. I asked why it took 40 min to make our pizza and he said because “I had to take care of the order before yours”. I politely looked around and pointed to the family who ordered before us. He said, no there were others. Again, I looked around and there were not that many people in the restaurant, and all had ordered after us. I said “well a 40 min ticket time is very long” and I sat back down.
He had a disingenuous attitude and seemed to believe that a 40 min ticket time was acceptable. He also had a poor attitude when we asked for to-go boxes.
While eating and watching them, it seemed as though delivery and pick up orders were prioritized before dine in orders.

We had an incredible experience at The Brick Oven in Williamsburg, KY! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The owners, Jeff and Connie, are truly salt-of-the-earth people who took the time to chat with us and make us feel right at home.
The food? Outstanding! The pizza, calzones, and salads were all fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The pizzas are made in an actual brick oven, giving the crusts that perfect crispness and amazing flavor—a true game-changer!
The ambiance was just right, with walls proudly showcasing support for the local college team, creating a fun and spirited vibe. The music selection was also spot-on—a great mix of classic oldies and old-school R&B that added to the charm.
This is more than just a restaurant; it’s a family-owned gem that Jeff hopes to pass down to the next generation. If you're anywhere near Williamsburg, do yourself a favor and stop by. Highly...
Read moreI had a horrible experience, drove an hour to try their pizza, we ordered and specifically told them we can’t eat pork. It’s against our religion. We got 3 pizzas, got home and it had pepperoni on it. We weren’t even that mad, accidents happen. We called them and asked if they could just refund that one pizza they messed up, they refused unless we physically brought that pizza back into the store. The manager on duty told us we have to drive another hour if we want them to refund our money My husband works away from home 5 days a week and we have one car. Spending the time and money to get back there to get a refund is very difficult. The manager on duty told us he was too busy to care (btw , if you’re busy and you mess up a customer’s order maybe it would be better to tell the customer you would like to help them if they can call back at a later time). Very unprofessional. We just moved to the area, instead of you guys getting new repeat business we will...
