WARNING: DO NOT PARK/STOP AT THE WHITE HOUSE OR IN FRONT OF DRIVEWAY LOCATED AT BACK OF BUILDING. ITS TECHNICALLY A PUBLIC STREET AND BLOCKING IT WILL MAKE THE TENANTS THAT LIVE IN THE WHITE APARTMENT CALL PARKING AUTHORITIES TO TICKET/MOVE YOU. WAS A BIG DEBACLE LAST TIME I CAME AND WAS FORCED TO MOVE. NO IDEA WHY THEY DO NOT HAVE WORKERS ACTUALLY HELP GUIDE WHERE TO GO!
Incredibly slow. Prepare to be here literally all day.
Instructions for drivers: when you turn into the building off the street follow the road all the way to the back. Continue past the apartment and there is a big gravel lot. Park as close as you can alongside the wood fence facing the street and they’ll very slowly have you back in to loading dock. They try to fit in about 3 trucks at a time to be parked in the lot. Lot of apartments and driveways all over so have to be extra cautious to not block any roads or driveways as it’s all public and the tenants do not mess around about complaining and calling cops to force you away.
Very weird layout that is mixed with a road that the public uses to drive through for apartment living in the back. Don’t go here if given the...

Wait for somebody to walk up to you. They’ll check you in the only reason I gave this place any stars Was because the guy who checked me in was extremely polite and professional. The guy on the forklift has an attitude for no reason that everybody says this place is slow. I’m still waiting and I’ve been...

When you get in here, try not block the alley when you arrive pull out into the parking lot and try to park as to not block the docks. Also dont block the paved strip of road to the right in the parking lot. Neighbors will complain.
There's room for 2 trucks in the lot while still giving trucks in the dock space to get out when they're done. It's just a matter of pulling into the parking lot as space opens up.
The Shipping door is behind the large roll off up the stairs. Go inside, turn right and sign in at the podium in the center (right in front of the docks).
The loader will come get. You when there is a dock open.
Easiest way to get out of this location (in my opinion, is to turn left out of the parking lot and right onto 3rd street. Turn right onto Shiffler Ave, straight through the first light and you'll see...
