Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Williston

This Place has the best Boneless wings and hand tossed pizza. As far as staff,speed delivery time and customer service skills. Like any other fast food establishment they have there bad days. Although they seem to be more lately then I have noticed In the past. There old team that they had a few months Back, seem to have more team togetherness and seem to work smoothly together, making less mistake maybe. They seem to have better attitudes, although this store most of them there are great and don’t posses the I don’t want to be hear attitude, never felt that before. They Seemed to have less mistakes on orders in and out. Jenny, Meghan and Russ Always make our visit awesome each and every time. As far as the people who answer the phones they could stand to be more friendly and know there product and specials better, and not act if they didn’t want it be answering the phone or working period. They are always pretty quick at making food and getting out for pick ups I would say when there not swamped 15 to 25 min on average. Delivery is normally prompt and averages about 45 min to and hr. Felix always makes our delivery experience great, only ever had one other driver and unfortunately he like any other person made a mistake and brought the wrong order, but after calling and speaking to Brandon, they quickly got us the correct order. Even with the issues we have had with a few orders in the past month or two, they are always willing to fix the issue and very helpful. The issues we have had although more irritating then anything, pizzas not cut or not cut correctly, forgetting a condiment or something being added or subtracted from a pizza order are just a small negative compared to the awesomeness we all know our Williston Pizza Hut has. I hope the Ownerr and Management can get there Team togetherness and team back on track. customer service Starts with the phone call to place the order and ends with the driver at your door they should all be in sync and just as pleasurable and happy...

My husband ordered us a pizza tonight and I know the roads are bad so I expected longer wait times being it’s a Saturday night. Well the pizza was due to be delivered at 8:45 pm and did not arrive until 9:30. While waiting the extra 45 minutes we attempted to call the store to get an update but the line kept going to an internet dial up even when we called the Pizza Hut hotline. I finally decided I would just go get the pizza and as I was warming car up the delivery person arrived and delivered the pizza. Had the pizza tasted okay I would have been fine with this but pizza huts pizza is constantly declining. It looked like a 4 year old made our pizza and it was not hot or fresh. This is why we have not ordered from Pizza Hut in Williston ND for 4 years. And never will again.4 years ago when my husband and I first moved up here we were staying at a hotel and the owner happened to be staying also and heard us trash talking and gave us a gift card to make up for it. Well it seems like after 4 years he has made NO IMPROVEMENTS and it is honestly a surprise this establishment is open anymore, at least under this owner and management. Pizza Hut, do better. I also have been a manager of many different pizza businesses in my years and have never sent out product this way. It’s sad...

i ordered on line at 12:53 pm for lunch for co-workers. 2 phone calls and 2 hrs later its still not here. Get a call from from the delivery Guy who said he cant find our Business, even though it is a 7 min drive, from their store to ours. He finally shows up, Pizza is cold of course. i kinda felt bad because he was so frazzled that after i signed my receipt, he was going to take the Pizza back. Good thing we where so hungry that none minded that it was cold, and i did get an apology from the store manager and a $20 credit :)

4/25/22 here again...the Teenager's that work here have no supervision. The kid with the long blonde hair, couldn't look anymore bored while he flops your order on your table...had to ask for plates, as he drags his feet while walking away... asked about our breadsticks that never arrived. Well, the kid never even looked. My husband finally got them, there where sitting there on the counter, cold now, served with half frozen, half full cup of marinara... ugh.. not to mention the cleanliness or the lack of stocked products... a few kids need to be...
