City Beauty Supply — Local services in Willoughby Hills

I am a hard worker and have spent alot of money between me and my daughter in this store. Kim knows me as a regular customer...how ever that will no longer because of the customer service experience I just went through with her. I had a limited of time for my break from work to do anything and she usually is very helpful with me so I asked today 8/8/19 to try on 2 wigs after she finally came back to where I was standing and bc it was only 10 mins left at that point when she did get back to me she said no you can't we close soon. I thought she was joking and started laughing but she was serious. I would had bought both of them bc I like the style of them and just wanted to try them on which takes what 2 or 3 minutes kim? (If that)...Sometimes you dont know what a person is going thru that comes in your store. I really needed help and was told try again tomorrow! I'll pass and will not be back. I will take my money some where else you are not the only store around here. I wanted so bad to like this store because I've heard from so many different people that it was very nice and that the owner was pleasant but my experience was very different. I walked in and the owner was the only one in the store. I walk to the wigs section, felt the hair to see if it was to my liking and then the owner came up and asked me if I needed help. I said no she then proceeded to grab the wig that I touched to turn the mannequin back to a certain position as if I had moved it and put it back wrong and then as I walked out of the wig section and towards a different aisle she was following behind me as if I was going to steal smh. Extremely rude! Horrible service. I walked around the entire store before anyone asked if I needed assistance. I asked about the name of a wig she wouldn't tell me because she said "I buy online" when I was looking for a review of the wig on YouTube. If I'm buying anything I've $50 I checked for a review on YouTube especially for hair, a $89 wig and you don't want to tell me the name. She walked away and would not help me further. Smh I need some sistas to start some local beauty supply stores I much prefer to buy black because the service from others are not...
