Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Willoughby Hills

I get that this location just opened but they are not starting off well. I could see if you're lines were long because you were selling out of food, but it wasn't. The line was long and a 20+ minute wait due to having one person in the back cooking meats and prepping food and moving at his own pace which was not a swift one. Then you have a Manager who is not very efficient with Managing, he's too soft spoken and doesn't move with much urgency either, when I came in he was headed to the bathroom, phone in hand and 15 mins later comes out phone still in hand.

They let staff come in off the street put gloves on and go down the line making his own food, coat still on and all, I get staff need to eat also but do things right that doesn't pose a health code and food violation. If it were not for the Manager going in the back to assist with cutting meat, if left to the cook no one would have eaten.

The young ladies at the front were doing their best but it might be a good idea to make sure all of their hair is back in a ponytail and covered with their hats, not have of it covered and the other half dangling over food and advise staff you can't be trying to pull your clothes up, touching your clothes or other items and then start preparing food without changing gloves and not to be leaning your butt up against or sliding across the area where food is placed regardless to if it's by the register.

They need some serious help in retraining and proper management or this is place is not going...

DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely the worst service ever. Haven’t even received my order. Have been waiting in the chipotlane for a good hour. Store not starting out on the good foot. It was a very long line. Thats fine. The issue was that the line was not moving for 20+ minutes. Lot of standing around talking. I don't mind talking of you can work and talk. No disrespect. Employees should be required to wear hair nets.
