Burned me SUPER hard on their mistake. I even called and explicitly funkin' asked the human being answering the phone that they stay open until 9PM. As stated online. You're good, he assured me! I even repeated my question "I wanted to double check, because some dispensaries say they stay open until 9 online but close the doors 15 minutes early for new customers." I stated this clearly. I stated I was the man named [ __ ] who had a reservation for 8:30 and would be arriving late, just before 9. We'll see you then, he essentially said in so many words before hanging up, as I thanked him. So I departed on the 45 minute drive from Akron to the suburbs of Cleveland having received double confirmation via email that my order was ready, as well as speaking to the employee on the phone who explicitly confirmed they would admit me as long as it was before 9PM. So I pulled in at 8:54PM having just dodged Sunday traffic for the last hour between the bank and highway. But no one was to be found in the business, and it was locked.
What happened next was simply an embarrassment. Instead of open the door with 6 minutes left, they refused even speak to me! Despite my persistently calling the store, walking around to every door, waving at the cameras, not a single human being would talk to me. They wouldn't even come to the door and look me in the face. How sad.
So I was turned away at 9PM due to their blatant mistake/miscommunication, even threatened by some muffled voice through the door that they'd call security on me if I didn't leave (very silly argument you can imagine). This whole experience was beyond unprofessional. Total letdown in customer service, and even just being a good neighbor. This was an ENORMOUS inconvenience and any decent person would admit their mistake and reimburse the person they screwed over [me]. It looks like INSA shit the bed and I got stuck changing the sheets.
I was so frustrated at this it made me irate. Genuin]ely infuriated to the point where I simply had to walk away or something would likely be said that made me look bad for their mistake. I would warn anyone going here they close at 8:45, not 9PM as stated online, on Sundays!!!
What a predatory company, though, the way they reacted to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just started schmoking a REEFERZ on July 3rd after researching the matter for pain relief & talking it over with my primary, other than the nostalgic arrrrroma from over 40 years ago when I smelled lots of it from my brother, certain neighborhood acquaintances & on my HIGH school school bus, I knew nothing more about it because I never smoked in my younger days. I normally buy my reeferz from Michigan because I'm always in & out of Detroit, but I decided to give this joint a try with a minimal amount of product. I was surprised that there weren't any "candy jars" filled with reeferz on display along the counter top by the cash registers like in Michigan where the product YOU PAY FOR is weighed, bagged & tagged right in front of you. Dude was very helpful & knowledgeable, but unlike in Michigan, there were no free extras included if I spent more money, there were no incentives offered to get & keep my business from going to their competitors, @ least not offered to me. The fact that it crossed my mind that I should actually buy myself a digital scale to check the weight @ home is a problem for me, the fact that I couldn't even get a hint of a wiff of a scent of what I WAS PAYING FOR is a problem for me, which means that if I ever go back there I'll only purchase the minimal amount allowed by MY LAW to avoid any & all misunderstandings, mishaps & accidental short comings on their digital scales. I'm guessing that all of the reeferz joints in this state more than likely operate the same way with the same high prices that are adjusted to leave something in their pockets when the state takes its ridiculously high percentage of about 17%. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell, for ordering online and the fact that I live across the street- itās sort of bizarre the order wasnāt ready. Fact being it was only one item. I called the dispensary due to them usually being pretty rapid with getting orders prepped quickly.
The person I spoke to told me āMy order was not ready but he could have it ready so I could leave wheneverā. By the way? That response makes no sense. I just want the order ready so I can get it. Why would I leave if itās not ready?⦠itās either ready? Or itās not⦠I was courteous and gave more time because your employee clearly had poor communication skills. So I just didnāt leave immediately. Yet I still had to wait in the waiting room before being let into the back. There is a reason people order online. They clearly donāt want to shop in the store. They know what they want. And they want to GET. IN AND GET OUT. I waited at LEAST 15ā20 minutes on a chair. Once I was even let back, my order still wasnāt ready.
When it finally was ready? I think your employees should make a contentious effort to not scold out or boldly yell out peoples orders. Not everyone wants their orders announced to a store full of strangers or their total announced. I just personally didnāt appreciate it. I may not have a medical card. I may just be what you call the average ārecreational userā but do I need my order announced to your entire store? And total? Absolutely not. Itās private. Thereās plenty of other dispensaries around and I can just go to those ones instead if this poor customer...
