We needed a sleeper sofa to accommodate guests in our small home, specifically for the upcoming Eclipse in NE Ohio. After moving to Lake County, I learned about Sheraton Furniture. I already had a Flexsteel sofa, so wanted to match that product look and feel, plus integrate a new color that fit our current decor. —Our sales associate Wayne understood our needs and worked with us to find the right Flexsteel solution. All the good news: —Sheraton called us to advise when the product would ship from the Flexsteel facility to their site. —After they checked the product, they called to schedule delivery. —They confirmed the delivery on the designated date. —The drivers called to confirm. Though I missed the call for an earlier delivery, the drivers accommodated my early afternoon availability. —Delivery reps John and Dave arrived on time. —They carefully assessed how best to bring in the sleeper sofa into our home. and put down floor padding. —Once the sofa was placed, they worked to remove lint and any other few stray fabric issues from the manufacturing process. —They showed us how to open the bed, and also the elevated upper end of the mattress for sleepers. —They provided the Flexsteel documentation. After looking at the now new sofa — and our earlier Flexsteel cranberry leather sofa, this worked! If I were still in the corporate world and was screening for best employees, the service I saw today plus what we experienced with Wayne in the sales process would have nailed that! Read morePurchased additional pieces to a set that was purchased a few years ago. The quality of the additional pieces was sub bar and arrived broken. The manager, who was extremely rude and verbally abusive, came to my home with several other men. They were tried to tell me nothing was wrong, but eventually agreed to send out their technician. The technician came out and advised that all three mechanical pieces were faulty. He ordered new parts and came out to fix once parts arrived. Unfortunately, he broke the middle console piece while trying to take apart the recliners. He was banging the pieces so hard, trying to get them apart, that I offered to help him. He also damaged my floor. The owner did not order the proper pieces to repair the one foot rest, so the technician could do nothing to repair that piece. After calling the store several times, the owner called me back, again using abusive language in a bullying manner. I have never been treated in such a disrespectful and threatening way from a store owner before. I was a returning customer and had bought numerous pieces from Sheraton. But after the threatening, bullying and rude behavior from the owner, I will never purchase there again. Now I am stuck with over $4,000 of broken furniture that they refuse to repair, even though it did have a full warranty...

My reason for a 4 star review is because of an interaction with the owner after calling in with a question about bed height. We recently purchased a new home and purchased quite a bit of furniture for our home including beds. In the show room the bed appeared taller which I understand now had to do with the framing. My fault and misperception but still love the beds. I was redirected to Larry the owner when I called in to get a better understanding. I felt he was miffed at my question about the bed and made sure to tell me he’s the owner several times throughout the conversation. It left me feeling as if I was being talked down to and left me feeling bad for even asking. I’d still buy furniture from here because I know it’s quality but in the future might I suggest if someone calls with a question you be more open to understanding the situation instead challenging or making the customer...
