VAPOR REV — Local services in Willoughby

This is by far the best vape shop around! Matt is absolutely AMAZING and the exact definition of what a business owner should be! I use a Mi Pod Pro which is the most difficult vape and pods to find apparently lol! I’ve tried vapor rev before to find my device or pods but usually would just get my juice from there. Matt was placing his order, ordered me a new device and pods! Unfortunately it wouldn’t come in until Friday which was a week away. Thinking I would just call around and find another Mi Pod Pro until Vapor Revs order came in then I would just have a backup! I called around for hours and nobody had it! Yelp told me Vapor Rev was open until 9pm so I called back up and asked Matt If he had anything cheap to last me til Friday. He exclaimed he had a $10 device that would be perfect until then. I said perfect you’re open til 9 right? He said no i close at 8 but I’m not gonna leave you hanging! Mind you I already called at 8:05 and I live in Euclid! I wouldn’t have blamed him if he left but when I got there I walked in and he was as friendly as could be! 10/10 customer service EVERYTHING A BUSINESS OWNER SHOULD BE MATT IS! I stumbled on this store, trying to find a shop that carried my preferred brand and was closer to my home. I have had a handful of different people assist me, and I honestly can not tell, who the owner is. But that is cause each person has been so incredibly friendly and helpful, every single time, as if the store was their own. So many of these, types of shops, can feel like walking into a jewelry store. Where youre getting hounded with upsells and sales speech. Or the opposite and you feel like a burden.

With my vape usage, I only need to stock back up on liquid or coils like once a month. And I wish any other "errand" that I have to go in a business for, was remotely as easy and enjoyable as my short visits to Vapor Rev have been.

This store sets the paradigm that other small businesses should follow...

I've been going to Vapor Rev since I started vaping on the regular in 2018. (Wow, I can't believe it has been that long!) I knew nothing about electronic smoking devices. Matt was patient and helped me understand and find the device that worked best for me. Matt, is so friendly and very informative about products and the ever changing vape world. He kept me sane during COVID with deliver and pre-orders n such. The rest of the staff if always patient and helpful. This place has so many liquid options and all the newest devices options. They always have what I need. I really like the environment and they have a cooler with monster and other drink options! Vapor Rev carries many Delta products. I will forever recommend Vapor Rev.
