Fantastic Nails — Local services in Willowbrook

Worst no chip of my life. I literally cried on the way home. First off was put off by the associate who kept trying to touch me and look at my nails when I arrived to tell me what horrible condition they were in. The pedicure was fine, but when I got to the manicure they didn’t listen to me when I asked not to use the nail drill because it literally burns and hurts my fingers. They put 7 coats of polish on my fingers despite me saying multiple times I don’t like my manicure looking thick. The color looks nothing like their sample but at this point I had given up. They kept moving my phone to their phone stand even when I kept taking it out of there. And without asking an associate shoved a huge pillow down the back of my chair (I am pregnant and it was awkward). It was uncomfortable and horrible. Looking at my nails makes me so upset I’m going to get them redone tomorrow with time...

Worst Nail Experience!!!! I asked for acrylic nails and clarified what i wanted multiple times. The man who did my nails put acrylic powder on my real nail bed and never put a fake nail on, so i never got the long nails I wanted. After shaping my nails for so long, they still came out clunky and noticeably uneven. When he was using the electric file, he cut my skin. (This is the second time this happened to me at this salon) My cuticle was bleeding and he pretended like nothing happened. I asked for a discount and I was refused. I paid $30 for ugly nails and a cut that keeps bothering me. A complete waste of my time and money. After 3 times at fantastic nails, I would never come back or recommend this salon to...

Overall, this place is wonderful. The gentleman at the front who I think usually answers the phone isn’t always the most bright and bubbly, and I did have one kid who did my pedicure that I wasn’t really to thrilled with the experience (otherwise I’d give them 5 stars)....but Lin is AWESOME, she ALWAYS does a fantastic job! I usually get the pedicure that is for dry feet...I believe it’s about $38. They give a 10min massage and you get a parrafin wax treatment as well and it leaves my feet feeling silky smooth. They have massage chairs, and offer you water. They also almost always take me on short notice which is great. I recently took my 13 year old niece for her first pedicure here as a birthday present and...
