Stats Bar and Grill- Willowbrook — Restaurant in Willowbrook

My husband ordered wings and fries to go the woman named shari said ok it will be 15 minutes, so I get there 15minutes later and I ask how long, shari said it will be ready soon I said ok another 15 minutes go by and I ask again how much longer, she says well it's gonna be a little bit I explained to her well the woman on the phone said it would be 15 minutes and it's now been 30, she said that was me and the guy kept talking and talking for like 10 minutes. I asked ok so does that mean it takes double the time to make I'm confused so she goes in the back and checks again and comes back no food, so then another 10 minutes go by and i ask someone else where the food is and they said well Sunday is a really bad day to get food to go because we're really busy and understaffed. I didn't know that was a rule there. So then shari comes back with my food after waiting almost an hour and I ask for extra ranch and she almost had a heart attack I just paid and left. Got home and my food was cold. Horrible customer service i would never recommend this place to anybody shari you should look into a different line of work because...

Came here totally out of the blue for lunch before fly time back to Denver. Friday afternoon around two and not many people here. The ambiance is relaxing and low lighting with a hint of upscale. The 13 TVs allow viewing from most sitting spots. Sports bar for sure. The service was swift and excellent, mind you it was not busy, but the waiter was pretty cool to talk with. The surprise for me was the quality of what I ordered. Went with the Tenderloin Caprese. The meat was cooked very nicely at my medium. The cheese was ample and great tasting Caprese with a drizzle of pesto. The Tomato slices were grilled nicely and had more pesto. A lot of spinach which tasted equally nice and a great compliment. Really good dish. A touch of salt perhaps but I didn't do it. Juicy, tasty, and would absolutely do it again! Great place to bring the boys, watch the game, and have something more...

The Staff at Stats are always wonderful and make sure I have everything I need. The manager Dan walks around and makes sure everything is spot on! The owner is very present everyday and you can tell this is her passion and she loves her business. The only thing better than the staff experience is the food. Let me tell you about the Texas Burger. Always perfectly cooked smothered with onions and bacon. The fries are some of the best I have had but I love to sub them out for onion rings because they are AMAZING! keep up the great work you guys have an amazing Team! Ps.
