Please fix the air or close the building till you do. It’s almost July people! I keep thinking next visit it will be fixed. Shame on me for having realistic expectations. Don’t care much about your staff I guess with those conditions. Where is the directors office located? My bet is not Willowick.
Again, where are the tax $$$’s going folks?? Lately when I come in it’s extremely hot and most uncomfortable. This has been going on for a while now, so I’m assuming comfort isn’t a priority? They offered to have me get a Willowick card, but it can't be used for new items for 30 days either. Needless to say, I never plan to return to this location.. and Willoughby's library system has left an awfully bitter taste...
Read moreThe problem I have with the libraries in this area is the treatment of black families versus white families. I was in the children's area with my son. I asked the children's librarian if they serve a lot of homeschool families. She proceeded to stare my son down like he had 3 heads or something. There was a look of disgust on her face. I kept my composure but the racial issues are very obvious here. Thankfully, I teach my son to love and respect everybody, regardless of skin color. I will continue to do so as well. I will also continue to voice my concerns about meanness, unkindness,...
