United States Postal Service — Local services in Willowick

I've always had a good experience at this post office, until today. The employee was unbelievably rude just short and nasty and unpleasant. Then she slammed down my packages. So I said "hey what's going on? Why are you so amped up??" and basically it ended with her taking no responsibility for her poor behavior and attitude. Considering how unprofessional the employee was, I am sincerely concerned that something may happen to my packages or that they won't make it to their destination. I will never go to this post office again. Nobody should be treated like that!

Edit to add photos of screen caps on the USPS tracking site to show how my package is going all over the Midwest and more at this point. Maybe it's not the agent's fault, but when people act foolish, it's easy to assume that all subsequent foolishness...

As I read through the reviews I am surprised at some of the comments. I suppose you shouldn't question other people's experience so I don't. HOWEVER... My experience with this particular Post Office has been completely different. I moved to the area a few months ago, The apartment I moved into was originally the MODEL SUITE and always has been. So, as expected i experienced some mail delivery issues... I contacted the office to ask them to hold my mail until I could get everything squared away at my rental office and the staff was very curtious and helpful. JAMALA my Mail Woman was especially helpful, enlightening and assisted me in every way possible. She always spoke kind and was patient and informative. I've had a good experience in respects to Customer Service at this...

My favorite post office. I run an ebay store so I have to ship a lot of stuff. Sometimes I have to come in with almost 30 items. They see me come in and immediately grab someone from the back to open a new register. They understand media mail which saves me a ton of time and money, and are patient if I have to look up an address on my phone. Having been there literally dozen of times a year, some real weirdos show up once in awhile. There's this guy that comes in and asks for a special bubble envelope size they don't have and they tell him every time they don't sell that size and he grudges them. The place is never busy so I save a ton of time on shipping day not waiting in line to deliver...
