~ After this review , I will be contacting corporate for hiring the type of managers ( Don in particular)that work here and the disrespect that comes from both managers and employees(Savannah in particular who disrespected me and my family as a minor is Unacceptable!A minor should stay in a child's place and should never be approved to talk about customers on the floor. Very unprofessionaland no example is being shown on how to conduct oneself as a team member. Managers don't correct employees on being disrespectful, rude, cursing, breaking the company's equipment. Employees that display this manner should be fired immediately. Why should a manager continue to hire bad employees because they can't put more time in effort for good, potential hirees and future managers. Its managers like these who will continue to have people give bad ratings such as myself. The managers poorly trains the employee on rules and regulation policies and doesn't correct employees negative attitude. Anything negative and personal should be left at the door! Employees that they hire must conduct themselves with integrity and to have a profound respect for the customers. Witnessing how they mistreat the minors that work there are horrible. They take whatever advantage they can . Misleading & misguiding them saying and doing one thing. Doing the total opposite is not what respectable manager of this company's does. They should all be ashamed of themselves acting in numerous unethical ways! They are all a team and they do not communicate effectively as one or treat another with respect nor communicate properly. This Location fired an employee for stealing red handed and re-hired this person. They should all be fired for allowing this type of nuissance to steadily continue and not see it as a major problem for customers and employees. Incident reports are not being written and that's a bad call on the managers behalf. There needs to be immediate action by a district manager of this cite to be investigated. I wish I could leave a minus star in this review, but I can't. Please avoid this location at all costs. Placed an order, came around, and paid for it. Was given our drink, and then a long wait. A young girl who was very pleasant came to the window, after a long wait, and stated they were out of the Ch'King. They were willing to substitute this for a BK stacker, no issues, everything was fine. Till the manager came to the window and stated she couldn't do that. No reason stated. Stated she would refund the order, and re-ring it. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! My wife and I were waiting around 10-15 mins from beginning to this point. I stated that it was her employees that offered to do that for us, cause they didn't realize they were out. She could've cared less. I guess the days of the customer is always right is over. Well in my opinion this is a manager that needs to go back to glamour school, learn some manners, before someone decides to teach them to her. I will NEVER return to this location. As previously stated by another review, this is a location that needs to shut down. The young girl that took care of us has more respect, manners, than that manager will ever have. Went There About 6:30 pm & Nobody In Line Inside, Took My Order, Another Customer Came In, Got There Order Before Me !! Didn't Say Anything. Waiting 10 Minutes Now, An Employee Noticed I Was Still Waiting. She Said Your Order Will Be Right Up, 5 Minutes Later, My Order Is Ready, I Ask If It Is The Way I Wanted It & She Says Yes & Offers Me A Free Drink For The Long Wait ?? I Told Her No Thanks & Left. Been In Fast Food As An Employee When I Was 15, So Sometimes Things Get Screwed Up, So I Understand & Didn't Get Upset At The Time !! Get Home 10 Minutes Later & Realize The Double Wopper W/ Bacon, Mayo,& Onion For My Son Had No Bacon !! I Had Ready Cooked Bacon So I Fixed My Son's Burger. After We Ate I Called BK & Let Them Know What Happened & Told Her The Order Was Put In Properly & It Was Screwed Up By The Line & Order Man In The Back Since I Watched It Go Down, Hence The Asking If Everything Was Right With My Order !! They Promptly Apologized & Gave Me A Free Full Order, Not Just The Burger !! Maybe Next Time I'll Take The Time To Look, (But Why Let The Heat Out) Was My Thinking At The Time !!! I Will Say This Never Happened Before After At Least 300 Some Visits Over The Past 17 Years. So Am I Satisfied With BK, I Guess Tha Answer...
