As a business owner, one is always very nervous to get that phone call or review explaining the situation with one of their employees or principles. I cannot be more emphatic about my experience with AR Morris in Greenville, Delaware. In a recent experience, I thought I was more than prepared in my timing to select a 50th birthday gift for my wife of over 20 years of marriage and three children! I have wanted to select a watch for her for many years, but didn't really know where to start or honestly wasn't really prepared! Never having dealt with AR Morris, I called them on a Saturday afternoon and John was not only informative but willing to go above and beyond and over all of the possibilities even knowing that the store was very busy that particular afternoon. I had planned on going into the store that following Monday but as my own business became busy, I didn't get there until Wednesday! After spending some time with John, I select a perfect time piece. Unsure of its availability or arrival time, I only had 10 days to make this work. He made it happen!! I know that's very trite in some service sectors. But the fact that not only he connected with his Rolex rep., their distributor, the grace of God and a little luck, this time piece that truly represented my wife, our marriage, our family and most of all...OUR life was attained and delivered within one day of her 50th birthday. This company and community could not be more fortunate to have John Barnes...

This place is the real deal. We called to setup an appointment and John made an appointment for us immediately. To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we were getting an updated engagement setting, no new diamonds or anything. Absolutely no pressure, very accommodating, showed many options and demonstrated the highest of knowledge without pushing us to a specific designer, setting style or brand that might yield the highest profit. Truly took what we had to say in consideration and came in much lower than expected in price.

I will update once we get my wife’s rings back as to the quality of the work, but if it is anything like the service we received today I have no doubt it will be impeccable.

Update: My wife’s engagement ring came back FLAWLESS! The turnaround was faster than expected and you can unequivocally tell that the setting received the utmost attention. This was further support by John’s attentiveness to us as customers. This transcended the usual “sales” relationship. John and the AR Morris team truly care and want to see the customer as ecstatic as my wife was when she saw the new setting. Absolute perfection and we will undoubtedly be using AR Morris exclusively...
