Very disappointed in the wedding invitations I ordered with Whimsy. Suggestions were made to change sizing of detail and response cards to improve the overall look of the invitation. I was also talked out of ordering belly bands. The result is a very sloppy and disorganized envelope. In my opinion similar size response and rsvp cards would have minimized this issue. With the staggered sizes, our invitations just look unfinished and like something is missing. I also paid to have the envelopes addressed and the mailing addresses are unusually low on the front of the envelope. It might not look as strange if the return address was on the front. But the template of this particular invitation included the return address on the back flap of the envelope. I just don't understand why this wasn't adjusted.

Because of other issues I have had with vendors I have absolutely no time left to order anything additional and feel like I was misguided. I have to say everyone I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. But, stylistically, I wish I wouldn't have trusted their opinion. I did receive multiple electronic proofs (they will charge you $15 for additional change to the original proof). But it's not the same as holding the finished product in your hands. I purchased my wedding invitations through Whimsy and they turned out absolutely beautiful. I found it so helpful that I was able to sit down with someone to design them exactly how I had envisioned. The staff worked so hard to make sure that I loved my invitations and I am so grateful! I specifically worked with both Amy and Janet. They were so patient and kind during the entire process.
