This was my first permanent jewlery experience. I decided to treat myself to a permanent ring before Christmas. The shop is super cute! There are several chains to choose from and pricing is fair. The girl who was working was alone (she said it was her first day by herself) and there was a LOT of customers at once. She handled the overwhelming energy with grace and professionalism. She took the time to make sure my ring was fit perfectly and made several adjustments to make sure it was just right. The fit is great. She was working with a very delicate and teeny tiny chain. I commend her efforts today. I love my ring!! Seriously, look how dainty this thing is!...

We went to Shark Bite for permanent jewelry for my bachelorette and it was the most memorable experience. We were able to book a private party for 11 which made the event even more special. Sarah and her space were so warm and inviting, as was the community of small business surrounding. Sarah had bottles of complimentary champagne and orange juice waiting for us along with a few other refreshments. She explained the whole process seamlessly and helped us all create our perfect piece of jewelry. I got a ring, bracelet and anklet. I was so excited to come here to get my sister a birthday present. When I went in I said hello to whoever was working I received no response. She was talking to someone else who had already purchased something for at least ten minutes and literally never acknowledged me.
