Spoke with Josh at Bayside and explained that whoever dropped off the generator blocked my garage so that I could not exit my home to get to work. He interrupted me several times stating that”our company policy is just to drop off the product.” He stated this several times, speaking over me. I snapped and told him to not interrupt me. I explained that I have a concrete parking pad that fits several cars that is literally to the side of my garage - the same piece of concrete that they placed the generator in front of my garage. He asked “Can I speak now?” I said “Sure.” Josh said “Sweet.” And then proceeded to argue with me like I was his high school girlfriend that I would not let him speak. Even after I sat quietly while he presented a very long monologue of how I would not let him speak, he kept talking in circles focusing on the fact that I would not allow him to speak. I admittedly screamed at him that I was not even speaking and then asked NUMEROUS times to speak to someone else. He would not even acknowledge that I asked over and over to speak to someone else. After I asked his name and stated “Please implement a solution while I type up this 1 star google review.”, he then transformed into a polite, helpful gentleman. Read moreWorst customer service I've ever encountered! I've purchased 3 fans this past year and had no problems with the first 2. On my recent purchase, I was quoted it would be in about 1 week, I was given the runaround on where it was and if it was in fact in -16 days after purchase. The folks at the showroom directed me to the warehouse who said it wasn't there, but were reluctate to provide effective communication. The staff was extremely negative in several comments about the inept management and staff at the showroom where I had made my purchase. I finally looked the rep in the eye and said am I hearing you right that you all have nothing but negative comments to say about the store where I made my purchase. I was shocked how unprofessional all this name calling was and inquired if they were owed by the same owner. They assured me they were and still went on to repeatly bash the staff at the showroom. The whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will in the future NEVER do business here again and urge everyone reading this to shop elsewhere. I made several calls over the past week since I needed this for a function. My sales person asurred me he would call me when it arrived, but never did. The other sales person sent me on a wild goose chase when the warehouse said it was at the showroom...
Read moreWe had an electrical issue in our box and needed a new breaker. Called and was told they had it in stock and even given the price. We drove all the way across town in lunchtime traffic only to find out when we arrived there that they did not have that particular breaker and had no idea if they would ever get it in again. During our phone conversation we told them we would be there to pick up the part we had even given them the information on the breaker and were assured they had it. We now sit with our house half in the dark because we had to order it from a competitor. Not friendly at all nor helpful. Sounds like there is a lack of communication and not know Knowing what is in stock and giving out the wrong information. Will not be shopping...
