First time stopping in, never been to this store before. Had a few items that I wanted to see if they would like. First young lady I talked to was very nice and told me yes and where to put them so they can look. Then an older woman with glasses, very rudely, told me I have to have a certain amount to have an account. I told her okay no problem I have a few things in the car. Brought in my items and went up to the nice girl I was speaking to, asking if I need to sign anything. Because I don’t know how they do it. Then the very rude and unwelcoming woman with glasses butted in and told me to wait over there and she will look in a minute. No please or thank you, just extremely rude and unwelcoming. I said okay and waited patiently not saying anything. As my sister looked around. The woman with the glasses picked up two items a suit bag, then two picture frames I brought in. Told me to take them back, rudely, without even looking at my items, saying nope, take this back, take this back. I understand that they want items that are in good quality, but she was just so very disrespectful about the whole interaction. She never even actually looked at the two items, extremely disappointed. Almost as if I was bothering her. So instead of her telling me everything I had was junk because that was the vibe she was giving me, I just said I will take everything back thank you. Grabbed my sister and left. I will not be returning or my sister whom was there with me and witnessed the whole thing. Which is sad because the first girl was very kind and made me feel welcome. But that other lady, she should try to be more considerate of others and not be so rude.

Other thrift store in Wilmington, Thrift Plus is soo much better. Very very friendly people and much more considerate of peoples belongings that they wish to give away. Hope you all take this into consideration. Maybe take some lessons on how to be kinder/considerate from the young lady I had spoken to first. Went for the first time the other day. I had no no idea this place existed! Found some great items, and prices were reasonable for the most part. The WORST part for me, especially as a disabled person, was the fact that there are NO regular shopping carts, only those small hand held baskets. I walk with a cane and have very weak hands and arms, so I had to keep putting the basket down and there’s only room for a few things. They said I could bring things to the front for them to hold, but I said I can’t keep walking up to the front multiple times. I also commented that the person writing out the tags needs to write neater/clearer, and I was given the excuse that there’s not much room to write on those tags. Sorry, but they can be written much neater, it doesn’t have much to do with lack of space. The last negative is it takes FOREVER to check out because they hand write every item in a receipt. This just takes much too long. I wish they would take my suggestion and have at least maybe one or two carts for disabled people like myself, but I don’t think it will happen. I find them rude. They should post online the days you are allowed to drop items off and what items they accept. I drove there with a car full of items and was told it was not a day they take "inventory" in and had to return another day.

I went to pick my items up that did not sell. You don't know what section of the store they've place your items in and are told you just have to look around because "they can't walk around with you to help you find them" I told her I did look and I couldn't find a few of my items that I was going to take back. In their store, this is like looking for a needle in a haystack, especially if you had small items you left with them. She replied rudely that "they may have sold or gotten stolen" if I was unable to find them.

Maybe they should inventory or mark their products/sections better so that customers can have an easier time picking up their items that haven't sold without needing their assistance to find them.
