This is for UPS store in 668 MAIN ST 8,Wilmington, MA- 01887. Yesterday, I had visited the store for some Amazon drop offs and notary service.
The lady at the counter did not seem helpful. She told me that " I do not do notary services on Monday". I did not understand well because I know this store does the notary services. I asked her again politely is this a rule in this store and she said "no, I don't do it on Monday since I have lot of packages to be completed at the back". But this was hardly a few mins job. I felt that she was rude and did not even apologize to me for not being able to help out with notary request. I came out of the store, feeling very dissatisfied with her behavior. I went back in again and told her that she should at least put up a sign board that says notary services are not allowed on Mondays. She said that she will inform the owner. It looked like she did not care at all. As I know, it is 1 min job of taking the printout and signing it. But if she has decided not to help, then the customer cannot do anything about it. Just for courtesy sake, I'm not taking her name.
I felt that she was not willing to help. I understand that staff might be overburdened with work sometimes, but still there is a way to talk to the customer. I had to share my opinion because if anyone wants to notary services on Monday,...

To start my experience, I am greeted by an incredibly rude old woman, who says five words: “Why would you use staples?!” It was in such an aggravated tone, and her inability to work in customer service clearly displayed itself. Now, yes, I understand that staples may not work; however, I honestly did not know about this, and have been doing it for 2 years. She simply could’ve explained why the staples do not work, in a much more informative tone, rather than strict aggression. Following this, I also had two boxes I wanted shipped, already pre-taped in tamper proof package. Here I am, making her job significantly easier by coming in prepared, yet she has the audacity to tell me that I have packed it not only bad, but “the worst I’ve ever laid my eyes upon.” In all honesty, I know I packaged it well. This rude, old, unsuccessful %$!?@ does not deserve a position at this UPS store, whatsoever. Please, have her removed from the location, so future customers can be greeted with a positive experience.

However, the new manager told me not bring packages anymore to this store. I have never heard from any UPS store like this. He totally lied and said UPS truck is full. When I saw the UPS open truck it was not even 50% full. What kind of store manager is this guy? Do they want customers or not? Manager told me not to come again! Do they want customers or not? Is this the type of customer service he wants to provide? I would not recommend anyone to use this store. When I asked UPS truck driver to see if he has space in the truck. The driver told me that he had plenty of space in the truck. When I was talking to UPS driver, the manager came outside and told me to leave the property and was going to call police. For what?
