I’ve been bringing my children to this clinic since birth, and after Dr. Henderson left, I chose Dr. Laurie Cooke because of her experience and cultural background.I truly believed she’d be a great fit for our family. Unfortunately, that decision has had lasting consequences.

My daughter was aggressively questioned and belittled by Dr. Cooke over the phone simply for choosing a different remedy for her son’s slightly low iron levels. Instead of working with us collaboratively, the situation escalated to an unnecessary and traumatizing CPS report,something no parent should have to endure over a non critical medical concern. We’ve been dealing with harassment and stress for months, all stemming from a decision that felt more personal than professional.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of empathy and ethical conduct shown. Pediatric care should be a partnership built on trust and respect, and sadly, that was not our experience.Choose your healthcare...

I am only giving these people one star. I was at the doctors office today and some of the staff members that were working behind the desk in front were very disrespectful laughing out loud when I came in. I don’t know if they had a conversation amongst them selves and we’re laughing, but it just seemed like when I walked in the office they got very quiet. I just felt disrespected by some of the staff members today in the front office. Now the ones in the back seem okay and respectful. but the ones in the front seem so corny and rude. I’m going to end up changing doctor’s office for my daughter, I felt really disrespected. I felt like when people are in the office You’re laughing out loud and all that should be kept to a minimum because you don’t want people to think that you’re trying to disrespect them or maybe talking about them I just felt really blatantly disrespected . I highly recommend this hospital as each and every staff here is so dedicated . They make you and your child so comfortable and they also form a special bond with your family. My kid has been seeing Dr Goel right after birth. On our first visit , she made my husband and I, so comfortable as we were a little apprehensive due to location. She was really upfront and listened to our questions and patiently . Believe me as a first time parents, we asked her many many questions and she answered each and every one of them. Your next appointment is fixed right at the spot so there is no hassle about calling and fixing up an appointment. Additionally, they send you messages and email as a heads up for the scheduled appointment.
