A & T Nail Salon — Local services in Wilmington

Just rude & money hungry. I called this nail salon hours in advance to get a pedicure for my boyfriend and I, just for them to ignore us! The lady on the phone was asking did I want a gel pedicure, do I currently have a gel pedicure and did I need a gel refill and I proceeded to tell this woman no I did not want a gel pedicure nor did I need a refill. I specifically asked her the price for a regular pedicure and she finally answered my question and said $30. We got to the nail salon at 3:28pm and their hours are 10am-6pm, we tried to open the door and saw the sign that says “appointment only no walk-ins”. The people inside did not bother to come to the door, they just stared at us and decided not to help. The lady on the phone also did not tell us, that you had to schedule an appointment for any service at the salon which also infuriated me. I tried to call them and their phone automatically went straight to voicemail, overall the customer service is completely...

This Salon is clean, yes but they DO NOT Stand by their work, The Eldest Son serviced me on a Sat , Tues the Gel was peeling, I returned , to have them Fixed and they wanted me to Pay More Money, and suggested I complain to the Company who made the Product. I wear Gel polish only, this has never happened to me, all I asked was to Honor your Work or compensate for the Lack there of. They refused, I will NEVER PATRONIZE A BUSINESS THAT DOSEN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'M SURE THIS WASN'T THE FIRST TIME THEY'VE DONE THIS!!!

Ok so a few years ago I went here for an overlay and they used way too much acrylic so I chucked it up to their inexperience with overlay.

So the man was super rude and I had to contain myself to not be rude back.

I took my daughter there 4 days ago. The next day a nail popped off. Today day 4 a total of 4 nails have popped off so I'm assuming her hands will be clear in a week. I WILL NEVER...
