The place is a sham! It is a ātrailer parkā more than an RV Park. This place was the only one we could find that had room for as we were arriving during the Super Bowl and Presidents day. It was suggested we try them by one of their competitors. It looked okay on their web site. The park was easy to find. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. It is a gated park so we felt reasonably safe. The rules are fairly basic but here is where the problems start. They are policed differently. There is one set for permanents and one for transients. We noted: many speeding vehicles (well over 10 MPH), many units with more than the two dog limit, lots of off leash dogs and many dogs over 35 pounds. This park has a policy that refuses service to those whoās units are older than ten years. We have a 2011 but we explained that it was in very good condition thus we were allowed entry. Upon arrival, we noted a number of āolder junkersā so clearly, the 10 year rule is only for transients. Trashy permanents seem to be okay and having a lot of junk around them plus cramming three (or more) vehicles trying to park in the same site seem to be allowed. Having vehicles parked on the street makes it difficult for transients to pull to a site in many cases.||||Our site, 7311, was a pull through with a concrete pad that only the coach fit on. There is no patio just a small space of pea gravel to place a chair on. There is no room for a picnic table or fire pit. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is tight even for an urban park. We were not quite slide to awning but close Our site was flat but heavily sloped to the nose. When our levelers were extended, Our front wheels were off the ground so our first step out of the coach was huge. Expect urban noise. Sirens, Airliners, Helicopters, Harleys with no exhaust baffles etc.||There is park included wifi but we used our own hotspot. The cable TV provided many channels. We did not look for any OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms, showers or pool. The laundry room was clean and all machines were operable.||||The fenced dog run is a very small enclosure not big enough to exercise your pup nor was it clean. We picked up a lot of poop before we would let our dog in and then it still smelled badly of urine so we decided not to let her use the space. Our neighbor told us there was a nice dog park not too far away that they use.||||There are lots of amenities near by. Casino, Restaurants, pubs etc are just a short walk away but be advised, you will encounter pan handlers just outside of the gate. ||||We wondered why this park had so many vacancies during such a busy period. We, as well as others obviously have found that, unless you want to join the trailer park crowd, this park should be avoided. We paid $51.98 (weekly rate inc tax) per night and we feel we received very poor value. We will definitely pass on this one if in...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stayed 5 nights in the rv park. They put us in a spot with an open 6 inch sewer clean out, no cap. We noticed an awful smell filling our 5th wheel the first night and thought someone had a spill while dumping. We were gone all day into the evening the next two days, so we didnāt notice anything. On the 4th day, when the smell came back, my husband discovered the open pipe. A cleaning person, possibly from the hotel came to the dumpster that we also were camped next to and told her about the smell. She checked it out and agreed it was bad. She assured us she would let someone know. We placed an old pot that we were throwing out over the open pipe. Later, we went into the office and spoke to the person at the desk, she acknowledged that she was notified of the situation. We then told her that we were hoping to return for 1or 2 more nights the next week, we would like to stay there again but in a different spot and for the inconvenience could she wave the early arrival fee of $28. She said she was powerless to do anything for us. We asked to speak to the manager, she told us she wasnāt on the property. We asked her to have the manager call us and she said that āprobably maybeā the manager would call us. She started getting agitated and rude with us, she never apologized and in fact told us that we should have complained sooner and that the employee we told of the problem has nothing to do with the campsites. We returned to our vehicle outside and noticed the manager walking towards the office from another building. We told her of the issue, she acknowledged that she knew they had a sewer issue that required an engineer, she never apologized and then told us that she needed to speak with the desk person and get her side of the story before she could do anything for us. Why did she need to get someoneās side of the story? We werenāt complaining about the customer service that we received, we were complaining about what was an apparently known sewer issue and smell coming into our trailer. We ended the conversation with the manager again saying that she would talk to her employee and call us. She never called. We did return to camp a week later, stayed at another rv park where everyone is very friendly and they didnāt charge us an additional fee because we needed to arrive early. I recommend staying at Las Vegas RV Resort , the sites are large, the property is clean, the people are very friendly and there are no...
