Suddenly, it's the worst location. The worst management so far. They kept putting us off. Eventually, a complainig employee came and watched while another employee cleaned the bathtub. Definitely, they need to make a lot of changes. It was sold on Expedia as a 1 King bed deluxe room for two for around $350 a night with resort fees included. We stayed only a night because we arrived late at night, and there were a few important events in Las Vegas that night there was no other option. We were exhausted for our trip to have the time and energy to look for another hotel. We needed to catch some sleep. But here is a list of the details. 1. Carpet had blood or grease stains right on the entrance towards the couch. 2. Couch had a few cigarette burnings. 3. The room was extremely smelly. 4. AC unit was detached from the wall. The cover was suported by a chair placed near to that AC. 5. That chair had pieces of cloth falling off the bottom part underneath hanging close to the feet of the chair. 6. The bedroom's courtain was not attached to the brackets on the wall, just placed over without any screws falling off, almost hitting my wife on her head. 7. The bathtub had hair and brown spots of who knows what it was... The bathroom fan had no protective cover while exposing live wires, a total hazard. 8. The toilet's ceramic cover for the tank, it was showing the inside of the tank because it was not the one for that particular toilet. 9. The TV was placed on a small table with cables coming out of an air duct with a ripped off cover off the wall. You could see a big rough hole on the wall. The cables were coming from there. 9. We asked for a refund, and the management keeps putting us off saying 3 times by now that the supervisor encharged will be back in 72 hours. Many online and automated transactions managed by big companies have become a joke lately. And it looks like those are pressing credit card companies to not process complaints easily, praying that the one that complaints will desist. I realize we have to become more aware and trust no one at the time to pull out your credit card for a payment. In this case, we learned, nor even Expedia, could've seen this coming. Companies are selling whatever they can. Even when it's seems good on the venue pictures, it could be a complete disappointment in reality.

Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and newer. Staff nice and helpful. Not an amazing casino, but 3 restaurants on site with very reasonable pricing. Steak and shrimp 12$. With rewards card 10$… So staying and dining are very reasonable for area. I booked sun-Thursday at 250$ total for King SuiteLiving room with sleeper sofa and tv. Separate bedroom with king and tv. Full bath. Private parking (safe). So far my best bargain and nicest stay in Vegas. 👍🏼

First day I checked in and went to room and no internet. I called the front desk and they would send a tech. Tech showed up and he could not get internet on his own phone. Two more people later they ask if I can call COX their provider and report. I was given an 800 number and I thought this is dumb for me to report for the entire hotel. Finally they change my room to another building that did have working internet. Now the problems really begin. First night three transients outside my room at 10 p.m. laughing and drinking. I call front desk and security ran them off. They were back in the morning and left their shopping cart and bags on the stairs right outside my room. Next night was fine except for someone lighting fireworks in parking lot. My final day- I was working on my computer in the afternoon and I hear loud banging "Police Open up! I thought someone was playing a joke until I looked out my window and saw three police cars and about 5 Las Vegas police officers at the room next to me. They bring out a couple of people handcuff them and eventually let them go. I was done. I checked out the next day and was still shaking my head why I was paying and additional $29 RESORT FEE??? A lot of transients hang out there and they go get ice on the outside machines. My room was really dirty, the carpet seemed like it had not been vacuumed in awhile. Some black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The ONLY thing I have nice to say about this place is that the front desk people (especially Carlos) were very responsive and polite. The casino is nice inside and the restaurants were ok too. I will say without a doubt I will never stay there again. Yes, their prices are very low and I was in town for 8 days to work quietly and also visit family so it seemed like a good choice. I did have pictures of the people who were detained but I did not want to unfairly show their pictures as they were handcuffed over the police car. You might luck out if only staying a night or two but I wouldn't roll the dice on that.

I can't say enough TERRIBLE things about this place. First of all, the "resort fee." What a joke that this is the new norm with hotels, especially those that are not a resort. I have no idea why this place was considered a resort or what the "amenities" were, let alone why they felt the need to charge me almost $24 when I booked this place that is nowhere near the strip. Second, I was charged the resort fee again when I registered/arrived at the hotel--in addition to the $100 deposit that is NOT refunded right away, but in 3 business days (which means a week). Next, this "resort" was an absolute shxx hole. It is nothing more than a rub down apartment complex with a casino attached. The low life tweakers living there were numerous. The room looked nothing like the online photos. The carpet was filthy and stained, there was boogers smeared on the wall near the sink light switch, and something crusty was all over the toilet side--so nothing was clean in this room. In addition, none of the outlets worked so I had to unplug the fridge to charge my phone. The king size bed only came with two small pillows and there was no blanket. It has a bottom sheet and top sheet only, and we were freezing all night. The bathroom has a weird configuration with the sink next to the bed--never saw that before. And the wall paper was peeling and stained in every room. The door didn't have any security lock, but it looks like it did a couple times before by evidence of my photo. We had to wedge a chair up against the door to feel safe. I'm glad we did that because around 830 that night, someone was trying to open our door with a key card and turn the knob. I honestly think the creepy guy who checked me in at registration had us marked to be robbed. Our room was also supposed to be non smoking, but that was completely not the case!! Then again, maybe the people before were not smokers and just carried the smoke from the casino to their room. I was only at the registration desk for 5 minutes and when I got back to my car, I smelled like I had been rolling around in an ashtray. My husband couldn't believe it. I had to shower immediately when I got to the room. |You may be wondering why we didn't just leave as soon as we walked into the place--we had been driving through Death Valley all day, it was our first and only night there, we were running on no sleep, and we just didn't have the energy to find another place that late in the day. |DO NOT STAY HERE!! FIND SOME PLACE...

Do not recommend. I may need a tetanus shot after my stay here.

There is a $27 resort fee a day which most 3rd party booking sites do not disclose. So if you think it’s a deal, just wait until you check in.

Weekends have higher rates and weekdays are cheaper, but it’s still not worth it regardless.

The rooms are disgusting, and poorly cleaned. They smell like smoke and the furniture is stained . Not all lights work and the base boards were so dusty I brought my shop vac and cleaned it myself , because I couldn’t breath the next day. The A/C was not in good shape and dusty. It barely felt cold.

The tv’s which are bolted to the furniture, have maybe 10 channels and of those, maybe only 5 channels didn’t have static and could seen.

Rooms have a table and 2 chairs, 2 tvs, a couch, mini fridge, and a king bed. 1 bathroom, and small closet space. There is ice on the first floor to share with all guest and it’s outside so anyone can grab ice.

Bathroom fans are extremely loud and you can hear all other guest running the showers, stepping heavily, and any talking outside of the room. Some people sit in the parking lot with music playing loudly so good luck if your a light sleeper. Your gonna hear it.

The parking is free, but make sure everything of value is not left in car since the presence of drug addicts and homeless people are very visible . I also saw a lot of guest hanging around late at night loitering with the doors open to their rooms, and it was nerve racking when it came time to get in and out of my car, mostly at night .

Police presence is strong on the property as they seem to always be looking for someone . I also had the pleasure of meeting the coroner on way to work one morning.

I never had house keeping ask if the room needed cleaning not once, ask if I needed towels, or any clean sheets. You’ll have to ask if you come across them in the halls and dress the bed yourself.

Pets are welcome but there is a deposit of $75 . Keep your dogs on a leash since the leash policy is not enforced and guest leave their dogs to do as they please.

Save your money and book somewhere else . You life isn’t worth it.

There’s food along the main road in every direction. And access to the 515 within just 2 miles. Las Vegas strip is maybe 15 mins west of location

Good luck and wear your...
