This place has gone down hill real fast since I first moved in but the biggest problem is there is to many chiefs thinking that they have a great deal of control but the only thing I can say is if you want drama and stress move here. The head maintenance guy Jared is scared to tell the office cause he's has no friends that are willing to have his back I wonder why and what he is is a good liar and likes to play w the Boulder ladies and yes you can get a education from him cause he thinks he's has power but he has no balls cause he is deadbeat who believes what he thinks is true it's not and I have him telling a very prominent person who has the truth. So all new faces except for Jared why cause I guess his family is well to do so I guess if I couldn't get a lady I would love to have his job making the girls do favors for him or he will have to 86 them if he can't get it. If you want action and no sleep this is the place to live in. There is wifi but you can nearly load into anything and cable is static so you will need a T-Mobile wifi box. Kids running around screaming saying they are in a "gang" also the maintenance people just walk in without knocking. Cockroaches popped up out of no where. The girls in the front make there own rules and go against each other so don't let there "sweetness" full you. Also they change management like they change shoes. Everytime management changes they make new rules that the other prior took out. They pick and choose who would stay 28 days. We stayed for almost a year and out of nowhere they changed management and told us our "28 days are up we can leave for 24 hours and leave our things but they will have to change the locks" made no sense. Then one of the girls said just stay and come back tomorrow and pay with me. There is ALWAYS cops/SWAT/CPS is always in there. Also the kids look into the cars so be careful people always screaming for help and to call the cops and then they get upset when they do get help. Domestic violence/fights will happen right outside your window and in front of your doors. Random people always knocking. Kids will come and knock on your door for money to take out the trash but they would just leave it by your door and take the money. Kids throwing rocks and break windows. There is always a maintenance guy "cleaning" with a leaf blower but goes pass your door like 10 times early in the morning. A person in there was taking jewelry as for payment and they would cash it out and pay rent and save the rest for themselves. If your late then they would pick and choose if you pay a late fee which it's $60. They will literally make you feel like alert in your own place. You will never feel secured here. THIS IS THE WORST ONE EVER but our final straw was when they broke our car window. They have security but you call security they call the cops. Security is NEVER there in person. Staff is the issue. The place itself is ok, you can stay to yourself if you want, may have hookers and dealers nearby but they tend to keep it indoors. Clean, no appliance issues. Also not much nearby, couldn't get quarters for laundry. Asked (chubby black) woman at front desk about quarters. Eventually directed me to vending machines but rude about it. I went to pay my 2nd week rent 45 mins after opening and was told to leave by 11, with no place to go or way to get there. Why? " Unregistered guest "- my bf whom I put on paperwork the 1st day. But there's no ID. I said, " Ohhh." (Some other places have required it.) He was on the bus back from an interview. I asked if we could do it once hes back. No, bc I had all week. (All week where there's a phone in my room and they could have asked or warned me.) This was the same black woman, black man coworker just backed her up, "Not our responsibility, it's on your paperwork." Once I found that paperwork, there is NO mention of needing his ID. I asked them to show me where it said that. She pointed to the signature for "all the above is true and correct," saying it is not without the ID... And said that I had "agreed" with her earlier. But no, where does it say ID needed? She just repeated herself. No option to put the room in his name. Maintenance came around after an hour asking for rent, (other maintenance had observed me with a notepad earlier, making sure I didn't go in unattended.) So no one is even communicating what's going on. I get harassed about getting my stuff out and got lockboxed out at 2. Their rules say to have nothing on the walkway, but that's exactly where my stuff was, still without a way to get it off of the property until 6. They obviously could not re-rent the room. The paperwork does say they can change the rules at any time, but what was cited to me was not communicated policy, that she had pulled out of thin air.
